Thank you so much for listening. I hope you enjoy the interview series. I bring on friends and those up to the challenge to break the stigma by sharing their mental health stories. It takes all of us to end stigma, end shame!
Today i talked to two of my stigma breakers community moderators. They defy stigma and boldly share their stories on how mental health has impacted their life.
Jennifer, an anxious , introverted Canadian who prefers books to socializing, is witty and opinionated but lives to make others laugh, while watching too much tv and sports for someone with a full time job.

Jack is a 22-year-old college student living with ADHD, OCD, anxiety, and depression, trying to find his way in this world as he embarks on his mental health journey towards healing. Introverted and shy, most of his social interaction comes via Twitter, where he enjoys interacting with others about sports, one of his biggest passions.
