  • #14 Pay Attention to Your Actions

    Hello Friends, nice to have you here, and welcome back to my podcast "Balance over Chaos" with Yelena Foster. This is episode #14 about how to pay attention to your actions.

    Some actions happen automatically without even thinking, basically we create a certain quality of habits. Our habits can serve us very well or can create the worst. Certain patterns of unhealthy habits can cause damage in each area of our lives.

    This is why I wrote the book "21 Days to be Stress-Free" on how to create daily good habits and improve quality of life. This book is available on Amazon, check it out.

    Let's come back to pay attention to your action.

    In order to take our lives to the next level we have to change our thinking. By using the same pattern of thinking we are not able to get where we like to be and obviously, we are continuing to repeat the same actions and steps which guide us back to where we don't want to be. It looks like going on the hamster wheel. Are sounds familiar isn't it? By changing our thoughts we can change our attitude. If our attitude is changed it will change our results.

    Particular thoughts inspire and guide us to particular actions. This action creates a particular emotion. Right action is the result of positive and happy emotions and the opposite, not right or wrong action can dwell us more trouble.

    The big challenge for each person including the workplace is to make changes as we talked about in episode #13.

    Here's the thing, the new way of thinking required personal growth including overcoming all barriers and fear. To overcome the obstacles and fear, we have to take control of our thoughts. How we are thinking will determine what action we are taking.

    As we can see, not changing stinking thinking will affect our attitude and staying on the old pattern of our actions.

  • Episode #13 "Do not be afraid of Change."

    Hello Friends!

    Nice to have you here, and welcome back to my podcast"Balance over Chaos" by Yelena Foster. This is my next episode  #13 "Do not be afraid of Change."

    By making choices, we can make changes. But for some reason sometimes or even more often we do not like the changes and like to stay with someone in the situation even if it's poisoning and not healthy or afraid to change a new job or change the stinking thinking, you name it!

    The hesitation for the changes came from the comfort zone. A comfort zone is a secure place and it's familiar to us. The new experiences or new changes make us scared to death because we don't know what outcome we'll get. In reality, this is a mindset for fear.

    We have to remember that life is moving on and we are moving with life. If we are not moving with life, we are misaligned with universal energy and become stagnant. Being stagnant does not allow a man to make decisions and changes. I am trying to say, that do not be afraid to make your decision to make some changes.

    Welcome any changes and experiences in your life and be ready for any outcome but don't forget to be grateful for what you overcome during this journey.

    Life is always changing and often without our agreement and decision-making, but more significant is not to allow FEAR to take over your life when  CHANGES have happened.

    When something bad comes about, there are several choices you can make. You can let it hurt you, you can allow it to make you stronger, which will redefine you.

  • Episode #12 " How to start a New Year."

    Hello Friends, I am back and first of all, I wish you a Happy New Year! I hope you had a lovely Christmas and a great celebration of 2023!

    I also like to thank you for all your support by listening to my podcast and being part of my journey.

     It was a little while since I published my last podcast. I was very sick, and my voice was not ready for the recording, which prevented me from recording this podcast.

    I am working on and recording this podcast during New Year's Eve and I would like to share with you how I usually start my New Year to set up myself for all year ahead of time. But first, I appreciate 2022 for all my experiences and lessons.

    Next,  I am writing all my lessons, not losses. Some people focus on losses and dark times, I like to look at a lesson. Focusing on the lessons and what I learned from those lessons. When you wrote that down, you will remember how certain lessons happened and what did you learn.

    This writing is very powerful to set you up for the new year.

    Also, write down what you want to achieve in New Year that you achieved early and what certain actions, coincidences, and surprises happened to achieve what you want in the first place.

    You really need to decide what you really want. This is a Holiday Season that gives you time to relax, rejuvenate and let you think about your goals for the upcoming new year. On top of that never forget to take care of yourself.

    Self-care is the number one priority to be healthy, happy, and productive. Do something nice for yourself and take time for a getaway trip from your job or business for a weekend time or even longer. Schedule a monthly massage, and practice daily morning or evening meditation, listen to your favorite music, read your favorite book, treat yourself to a long relaxing bath, or visit a cosmetologist and esthetician. Choose something that refreshes and recharges your batteries.

    I am so grateful for each of you and wish you a start New Year with positivity, inspiration, and abundance in each area of your life.
