Hello Friends, I am back and first of all, I wish you a Happy New Year! I hope you had a lovely Christmas and a great celebration of 2023!
I also like to thank you for all your support by listening to my podcast and being part of my journey.
It was a little while since I published my last podcast. I was very sick, and my voice was not ready for the recording, which prevented me from recording this podcast.
I am working on and recording this podcast during New Year's Eve and I would like to share with you how I usually start my New Year to set up myself for all year ahead of time. But first, I appreciate 2022 for all my experiences and lessons.
Next, I am writing all my lessons, not losses. Some people focus on losses and dark times, I like to look at a lesson. Focusing on the lessons and what I learned from those lessons. When you wrote that down, you will remember how certain lessons happened and what did you learn.
This writing is very powerful to set you up for the new year.
Also, write down what you want to achieve in New Year that you achieved early and what certain actions, coincidences, and surprises happened to achieve what you want in the first place.
You really need to decide what you really want. This is a Holiday Season that gives you time to relax, rejuvenate and let you think about your goals for the upcoming new year. On top of that never forget to take care of yourself.
Self-care is the number one priority to be healthy, happy, and productive. Do something nice for yourself and take time for a getaway trip from your job or business for a weekend time or even longer. Schedule a monthly massage, and practice daily morning or evening meditation, listen to your favorite music, read your favorite book, treat yourself to a long relaxing bath, or visit a cosmetologist and esthetician. Choose something that refreshes and recharges your batteries.
I am so grateful for each of you and wish you a start New Year with positivity, inspiration, and abundance in each area of your life.
