Hello Friends, I am Yelena Foster, a Mentor, Yoga Teacher with 17th years of experience in helping people to make changes and transform their lives. Very often we are complaining about how our day went wrong, it started badly and finished badly. Obviously, we don't want to continue that pathway, and sometimes our emotions are dominated, and we don't know what to do. This episode explains the simple steps to avoid confrontation in your daily life.
