  • 🎙️Episode 63: Russell's Retreat, His Journey Into Stillness 🌿
    2026/09/01

I sat down with my husband Russell to talk about the retreat that changed him 🙏 I remember the moment I felt he needed cracking open, and I gently pointed him toward a six week men's mindfulness, yoga and breathwork course. From there, it led him all the way to a retreat in Bali, and I got to witness the shift in him with my own eyes 💛

I loved hearing about his breathwork discoveries, the quiet that comes when the monkey mind finally settles, and the sacred waterfall temple where he let go of what no longer served him 🌊 I felt a little envious hearing about the colours he saw during sound healing, since I usually just fall asleep through mine, and that made me laugh at myself and how differently we each experience these things 😄

What moved me most was hearing him describe learning to notice what's already in front of him instead of always looking ahead, because I recognised so much of my own journey in that realisation ✨ I feel so proud of the growth I've watched him step into, and grateful he was willing to open up and share it so honestly with me and with anyone listening 🕊️

  • 🎙️ Episode 62: Clutter Clearing, Letting Go and Making Space for What's Next
    2026/08/25

In this solo episode I open up about something I've been circling back to for years, clutter clearing 🏡 With Russell and I preparing for over two months on the road camping up the middle of Australia, I find myself deep in a big clear out, working through my shed, my tea towel drawer, boxes of old photo frames, and all the little things I've held onto without really asking why. I talk honestly about how tricky it is to decide what to keep, especially the things tied to my children's childhoods, my first marriage, and memories from years gone by 📦 I share a moment that felt surprisingly liberating, clearing out a cupboard and tossing things I didn't even know I still had, and I get real about the fear that sits underneath all of this, that one day I'll go looking for something I let go of and wish I hadn't. I reflect on what I learned about feng shui back in 2007, checking in with whether something brings me light or weighs me down, and how I'm trying to bring that same awareness into this next chapter as I downsize and simplify 🌿 It's a work in progress, and I'm letting myself feel all of it as I go.

I'm learning that letting go of stuff is really just making room for more life, more freedom and more of what truly matters 💛

  • 🎙️ Episode 61: Meeting Grandma Poppsie: Comedy, Confidence and Pom-Pom Power
    2026/08/18

In this episode I sat down with the one and only Grandma Poppsie 👵💕, and I'm not going to pretend I wasn't a little teary before we even began. I first got to know Claire back in episode 59, and watching her step into this bigger, bolder, pom-pom wearing version of herself has genuinely moved me 🎀. I laughed more than I have in ages, and somewhere in between the giggles and the silly rhymes, I found myself reflecting on what it really means to stop caring what everyone else thinks and just be seen 🌸. I talked about confidence, about growing older without losing my spark, and about how I sometimes borrow a little bit of someone else's courage to get through the rooms that scare me 🫖✨. I was reminded that laughter really can be medicine, and that I don't need permission to take up space, tell my story loudly, and wear the pom-pom I choose. This conversation filled my cup in a way I wasn't expecting, and I'm so grateful I got to share it.

Until next time, I'll be holding a little more space in my heart for joy, for silliness, and for the parts of me that just want to be free 💗

  • 🎙️ Episode 60: A Big Leap of Faith: Packing Up and Trusting the Journey
    2026/08/11

In this episode I'm sharing something that feels like a big leap of faith 🌿 I talk about my self discovery journey and how the last six years, and especially this last year of using my voice on the podcast, has unearthed so much that I didn't even know was buried. I open up about the whispers I've been hearing in the middle of the night, the guidance that keeps getting louder and clearer, and the big decision I've finally found the courage to act on 🌙

I talk about closing down a business I've held onto for seven years, and what it means to trust those quiet words that come to me in the stillness. I share my excitement and my nerves about the adventure Russell and I are about to begin, packing up the car and heading into the middle of Australia, and what it means to sleep close to the earth and let spontaneity back into my days ✨

I get honest about the challenge of two people pleasers learning to speak their true desires, and about a recent bout of gastro that showed me just how hard I find it to truly rest. This one feels raw and real, and I'm so grateful to be sharing it 💛

Wherever this finds me today, I'm walking it with an open heart, trusting that every step, even the wobbly ones, is leading me exactly where I'm meant to be 🌸

  • 🎙️ Episode 59: A Conversation with Claire on Joy, Healing and Following My Heart
    2026/08/04

In this episode I sit down with the beautiful Claire, someone I met by chance at a marketing summit and instantly knew I needed to interview 🌸 I get to ask her about what brings her joy, and I love hearing about the simple things, trees, ponies, mornings outside, that fill her up. I ask her about her fears too, and I'm moved by her honesty about living with social anxiety while also being a performer, a stand-up comedian and the woman behind Grandma Poppsie 🎭 I feel so much tenderness listening as she shares a life changing night in hospital with her partner, and the way it taught her how fragile and precious life really is 🕊️ I hear about her work with the Lionhearted Foundation and the 38 children in Uganda who have given her a new name meaning beautiful, and I feel my own heart crack open a little at that story 💛 I ask her about being seen, about trust, about triggers, and about what healing looks like for her right now, and I find myself nodding along because so much of what she shares feels like my own journey too. I walk away from this conversation reminded that following my heart and never letting anyone tell me I can't do something is always worth it.

I hope this conversation stays with me the way it has, and I feel so grateful for every heart that shares this space with me today 🌿

  • 🎙️ Episode 58: When Being Called 'Lovely' Hits a Raw Nerve
    2026/07/28

I didn't even know I was going to record this episode. I woke up this morning to a message that said 'Hello dear,' and something in me just... reacted. 😔 It caught me completely off guard, and before I knew it, I was sitting with this deep, familiar ache — the feeling of not being seen, not being recognised for who I actually am.

This is a raw one. 🌿 I'm exploring what it means to be called 'lovely,' 'beautiful,' 'dear,' or 'mate' by someone who actually knows my name — and why those seemingly harmless words land on me like a hand pressed against an open wound. I don't have all the answers, and I'm not pretending to. What I do know is that somewhere in this trigger lives something I haven't fully healed yet — something to do with being seen, being known, and what it feels like when I'm not. 💔

I find myself tracing this back through memories — my brother Dwayne, who called everyone 'mate' because he couldn't remember their names, and who left this world 28 years ago — and I realise how long this has been quietly sitting inside me. I'm also sitting with something I heard at a Sing to Thrive workshop just yesterday: that our triggers are mirrors, reflecting back the places within ourselves that still need tending. 🪞✨

I'm sharing this not because I've worked it out, but because voicing it feels like the beginning of understanding it. And maybe something in I've said today will help me — and others carrying their own unspoken aches — feel just a little less alone in it. 🌸

I trust that the right words, spoken from the heart, will always find their way home. 💛

  • 🎙️ Episode 57: 'Treegasmic' — Connecting with Trees, Sensuality and the Soul with Razwana Ānanda
    2026/07/21

This conversation left me breathless in the most beautiful way. 🌿 I had the absolute joy of welcoming back Razwana Ānanda — life coach, physiotherapist, sacred sexuality guide, and now what I can only describe as a tree whisperer in her own right — for a return visit to Heart Felt, forty episodes after her first appearance. And what a journey she has been on. 💫

Razwana shares how a single encounter with a grandmother tree in the heart of New Zealand's North Island completely changed her — stepping inside that ancient being, feeling her breath, hearing her heartbeat, receiving visions in vivid red light. I felt goosebumps as she described it, because I too have been drawn to trees in ways I'm only just beginning to understand. 🌺 There is something so quietly profound about leaning back against a trunk and feeling the stillness move through me — the muck clearing, the day shifting, the nervous system finally exhaling.

We talk about how to connect with trees — permission, bare feet on roots, open hearts — and Razwana opens up about her extraordinary 'Treegasmic' work, weaving together tree connection, the divine feminine, and sacred sensuality in a way that feels both ancient and completely of this moment. 🌸 She also shares the exciting news of groundbreaking legislation in a small Quebec town legally recognising trees as living beings with rights, and her own deeply personal research study — in collaboration with published researchers from Finland and New Zealand — exploring what it truly means to have a tree friend.

I walked away from this conversation with a wider heart and a longer list of trees I need to visit. 🍃 I hope something in this episode roots itself in me — and stirs something that has been waiting quietly, patiently, like a tree. 🌳💚

  • 🎙️ Episode 56: Finding Joy Again
    2026/07/14

In this solo episode, I'm sharing something that has lived quietly inside me for a very long time — my complicated relationship with joy. 💛

I take you back to a day in August 1998, a day when I felt completely aligned, like I had everything in the palm of my hands. And then, in an instant, that joy was shattered by a phone call that changed everything. My brother had taken his own life. 🕊️

For decades after that, whenever joy began to rise in me, a deep dread would follow — this quiet, gnawing feeling that it was too good to be true, that it was about to be ripped away. I've been sitting with that pattern for a long time now, really looking at it honestly, and I'm finally starting to understand it. 🌱

I'm also sharing something that has genuinely moved me — my growing connection with Mother Earth, and how I've discovered I can call on her energy whenever I'm feeling heavy or alone. It comes in just like a hug. 🤍 And alongside her, I've felt the presence of my nan — soft, warm, always in her dusty pink jacket — showing up in ways I never expected.

This episode is about learning to breathe joy in rather than brace against it. It's about choosing to step away from connections that leave me feeling small, and discovering that the support I've been searching for has been available to me all along. I'm still on this journey — still learning, still growing — and I'm sharing all of it, the raw and the real, just as it is. 🌸

I hope something in what I've shared today lands gently in the heart where it's needed most. 💗
