In this solo episode, I open up about a decision that has been quietly building in me for a while - the decision to step out of autopilot and into a more conscious way of living 🌿. I share how packing up my home in Gympie, waiting on solicitors and sale details, and preparing to live out of a suitcase has stirred up so much in me - excitement, fear, grief, and a whole lot of honesty about how I've been conditioned to just keep going without really checking in with myself. I talk about the 50 years I spent in the same place, the comfort and gratitude I feel for what I've had, and the deeper yearning underneath it that I can no longer ignore 💛. I reflect on a piece of advice my son once gave me that I wasn't ready to hear at the time, and how six years on, I finally understand what he meant about discomfort and growth. As I prepare to travel, camp, and eventually downsize into apartment living, I let myself feel apprehensive about letting go of space, stuff, and old stories, while also feeling ready - even at 56 - to leave home in a way I never quite have before 🚐✨. This episode is me being real about fear, change, and the quiet hope that this next season will bring pockets of gold I haven't been able to see while life has felt so chaotic.

Wherever I am on this road, I know my story is still unfolding, and I'm learning to trust that 🕊️
