In this solo episode I open up about what has been stirring in me as I prepare for the road ahead 🚐💛 With travel and downsizing on the horizon, and an apartment waiting for me on the other side, I have been sitting with all the little things that keep surfacing along the way. I have come to understand just how much joy I find in markets and retail therapy 🛍️, and I am having to ask myself what that part of me will do when there is no space left to hold anything new. I have been noticing my attachments, my comfort in having things around me, and the quiet fear of a void where that feel-good feeling used to live. I have realised I am not quite the minimalist I once believed myself to be 😅, and that this next chapter is going to teach me in ways I could not learn any other way. Through it all I keep coming back to what feels light rather than heavy 🌿, and I am letting myself feel into every decision instead of rushing past it.

I do not have all the answers yet, but I am trusting that this unfolding will bring its own kind of clarity 🤍
