In this solo episode, I opened my heart about all the shifting happening in my life right now - physically, emotionally and spiritually 🌊 I shared my truth about selling my house with Russell and finally choosing to move to the Sunshine Coast, a dream I've been carrying for six years, and I let myself admit how shaky that decision has made me feel underneath all the excitement 🏡 I confessed something I wasn't sure I'd say out loud - that I've strayed from my low-carb way of eating lately, reaching for chocolate Scorch peanut bars and mock cream buns, and I explored whether that's a sugar addiction or simply my nervous system asking for softness 🍫 I talked about how I used to let my inner critic punish me for moments like these, but I'm learning instead to call it what it is - self-care, offered with kindness rather than judgement 💛 I reflected on the busyness of preparing my home, planning my travels and building Heart Felt as my future, and how I'm still finding my way back to stillness, to the ocean, to my pyramid and my journal, even in the chaos. This one felt raw and real to share.
