In this episode, I sat down with Karen, a woman I only met a week ago, and I left our conversation completely full 💛 I loved hearing how she found her way onto the comedy stage almost by accident, through a writing class she thought would stay quiet and small, and how that fear turned into something she now stands inside of, fully seen, good nights and wobbly nights alike 🎭 I felt so moved as she spoke about her husband's brain tumour diagnosis and the world of hospitals and appointments that followed, and I could feel how much she has learned to be gentle with herself through it all 🌿 I was especially touched when she shared a poem she'd written only the day before, something that surprised even her, and I got shivers listening to it live 😭✨ I've been sitting with her words about nature, laughter and community as healing ever since we spoke, and I'm so grateful she trusted me with her story.

I hope something in this conversation settles gently in your heart the way it did in mine. Here, every story is enough.
