    In this episode we discuss the differences between all the different holistic health professions such as Naturopathic doctors, Osteopaths and Integrative Health Providers. We also talk a bit about how the western allopathic and holistic health approach differ.

    When it comes to healthcare, it is important to be aware of all your options so that you can confidently find/select providers who align with your needs and values. These days there are so many different terms and credentials. This can easily result in overwhelm or decision fatigue. But I want to make holistic health as simple as possible which is why I wanted to save you the time and confusion of looking up things like:

    What is functional medicine?

    What do doctors of osteopathy do?

    What are homeopathic remedies?

    and

    What is allopathic medicine?

    I also take some time to describe how holistic providers handle health/wellness differently than your standard MD.
