My personal journey of wellness and illness has been treacherous at times, but very enlightening and full of experience carrying wisdom and truth. Unfortunately, it wasn’t until I explored this journey as an unhealthy patient that I truly understood more about it. Thankfully, I have a medical background that gave me a bird’s eye view of the road back to wellness.
