  • Is this stopping you from hitting your goals too?

    In this episode I'm sharing with you a client story, and the ONE thing that was holding my client back from taking the action she knew she needed to take to create a more peaceful, calm and freedom-filled life.

    This ONE thing wasn't she thought it was. She came to me with some incredible goals and a desire for some strategic support. But what we soon realised was that strategic support wasn't what she needed; she needed to uncover what had really been holding her back for so long.

    Through our work together we found the "missing piece" that has enabled her to start taking action on her incredible goals and really start living the life SHE wants to be living.

  • Why strengthening your boundaries is the key to feeling like you have more time

    Last week I shared the ONE thing I did to eliminate overwhelm from my life (go back and listen to that episode if you haven't already).
