    We've all been there. Flushed face, feeling hot all over, we're talking about that cringe moment. Maybe you texted the wrong person, or called someone by the wrong name, or maybe you just poured an entire drink all over yourself in a crowded restaurant and all eyes are on you.

    From our earliest years, friends are an important part of our mental health. Friends can help fill our cup, provide us with a listening ear or just make us laugh until we nearly pee our pants. There are so many types of friends and dynamics of friendships we just had to dedicate an episode to this sweet topic. We talk about why it can be harder to make new friends later in life, what being a good friend might look like, and the grief of losing a friendship.
