Welcome to the very first episode of the Everwell Way Podcast. I'm genuinely so glad you are here. Let me guess, you might be listening while folding laundry, hiding in the bathroom for two minutes of quiet, or sneaking in a walk with a baby monitor clipped to your leggings. Sound familiar?
