    Welcome to the very first episode of the Everwell Way Podcast. I'm genuinely so glad you are here. Let me guess, you might be listening while folding laundry, hiding in the bathroom for two minutes of quiet, or sneaking in a walk with a baby monitor clipped to your leggings. Sound familiar? And maybe, just maybe, your back is sore. You leak when you sneeze. You feel like your core isn't working the way it used to. And deep down,

    You are wondering, is this just my new life now? If you are here, chances are you are a mom navigating back pain, leaking when you sneeze, rushing to the bathroom or just feeling like your body doesn't quite feel like your own anymore. And you have been told, just do some Kegels. Maybe you have tried that. Maybe you have tried everything, but nothing seems to actually work. I created this podcast.

    because I saw too many moms stuck in the exact cycle, getting dismissed, misunderstood, and left to figure it all out alone. And it's not your fault. The system is broken. I have worked with hundreds of moms who were told the symptoms were normal, that it would just get better with time. But here's the truth. Common doesn't mean normal.
