  • Blue Waves & Awakened Truth
    2025/08/28

What happens when your voice feels stuck, your throat tightens, and the truth you’ve been holding back starts to rise like waves?

In today’s episode, I share a raw moment of working through my throat chakra, the messy middle of silence, fear of “performing perfectly,” and a meditation that revealed a turquoise wave of truth I could no longer ignore.

This isn’t about perfection. It’s about what happens when the waves finally crash open and the courage it takes to let your voice flow.

  • Trusting Your Voice: Advocacy, Courage & the Throat Chakra
    2025/08/21

This week, I’m opening up about the unexpected hospital stays that shift everything, the unknowns that test your faith, and what it means to advocate for yourself and the ones you love.

We’re diving deep into the throat chakra (Vishuddha) — the power of speaking up, finding your voice, and trusting that it carries weight even when the path feels uncertain. If you’ve ever felt lost in the unknown or silenced in your own story, this conversation is for you.

    Inside the episode, we cover:

    • Why advocacy is an act of love and how to use your voice when you’re tired, scared, or unsure
    • What the throat chakra is (location, color, element) and how it shows up in real life
    • Signs it’s open vs. blocked, and how to gently rebalance it
    • Practical tools to speak your truth with clarity and compassion

    Show Notes & Practices

    Voice & Breath

    • Voice Exercise: Hum on an exhale; let your voice vibrate through your throat.
    • Speak Your Truth Practice: Each morning, say one honest sentence out loud that you’ve been holding in, even if it’s just to yourself.
    • “Try This Now” Invitation: Put your hand on your throat. Take a deep breath. What word, sentence, or truth wants to come out of you?

    Journaling

    • Letter Release: Write a letter you’ll never send. Let it clear out the truth that’s been stuck.
    • Journaling Prompts:
      • Where in my life am I staying silent?
      • What truth do I need to express?
      • What would it feel like to use my voice unapologetically?

    Affirmations

    • My voice is powerful.
    • I honor my truth.
    • I release fear and speak with love.
    • My voice matters. I speak my truth clearly and with love. I am safe to express myself.

Micro‑Advocacy (small steps that build courage)

    • Send an honest text.
    • Ask for clarification when you don’t understand.
    • Say “no” when you’d usually say yes.

Reflective Questions (for journaling or voice notes)

    • Where have you silenced yourself lately?
    • Have you ever left a conversation wishing you’d spoken up?
    • What truth have you been holding back that your body is begging you to release?

Healing & Balancing the Throat Chakra

    • Voice practices: humming, chanting, singing (sound heals).
    • Creative expression: writing, painting, poetry, let your inner voice flow outward.
    • Physical care: gentle neck stretches, lots of water, mindful breathing.
    • Energy care: wear or hold blue stones (lapis lazuli, turquoise, aquamarine).

  • Building a Legacy Based on Purpose, Passion, and Forgiveness
    2025/08/14

Last week, we sat with deep forgiveness, the kind that feels like a long-held breath finally released. I shared about forgiving my dad after 15 years and embracing honest conversations with my mom. This week, I’m taking that theme further, into legacy, authenticity, and breaking out of the boxes others try to put us in.

This is the second time I recorded Episode 13, because the first one… didn’t feel like me. Today’s version is messy, unscripted, and straight from my heart. I talk about forgiving my mom, honoring the legacy I want to leave for my boys, and refusing to live by someone else’s rules or expectations. We dive into women’s empowerment, human connection, and what it means to follow your own path, even when imposter syndrome and self-doubt try to keep you small.

And because forgiveness is also about embracing the challenges life gives us, I’m sharing more about our family’s journey with Gould Syndrome, the rare genetic condition my boys and husband live with. Raising awareness and supporting research is part of the legacy I want to build. If this episode moves you, I’d be honored if you’d consider learning more or making a donation.

  • A Talking Stick, an iPad, and the Truth
    2025/08/07

Recorded on my iPad, deep in the messy middle because the becoming doesn’t wait for perfect.

This episode is a raw reflection on what it means to forgive, to release, and to finally start living. I open up about navigating generational trauma, my complicated relationship with my father, and how my nervous system is finally asking me to slow down, not to fix what’s broken, but to come back home to myself.

    Because I’m not broken.
    You’re not broken.
    We’re just becoming.

I’m sharing what’s surfaced through journaling, motherhood, and my somatic healing work, the truth that our bodies remember what our minds try to bury. And the moment we start listening, we begin to belong again.

    Inside this episode:

    • The real story behind forgiveness
    • How journaling + breath are helping me release what’s been stored for too long
    • A convo with my mom that cracked something open
    • Why I’m ditching the word healing
    • Reclaiming joy, laughter, and my voice, on my terms

    Journal Prompt:
Write the words you’re not ready to say out loud. To the person. To yourself. Let them live on the page and leave your body.

  • Reflections, Imposter Syndrome & Belonging
    2025/07/31

This episode wasn’t planned and maybe that’s the beauty of it. I showed up tired, unfiltered, and fully in the moment, speaking straight from my heart.

From imposter syndrome and “What the hell am I doing?” moments to celebrating my son’s PT graduation and redefining what success really looks like… this is the real, raw becoming.

If you’re navigating doubt, burnout, or rebuilding yourself from the inside out, you belong here. This journey isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence.

Journal Prompt: Reflect on your life one month ago, 3 months ago, 1 year ago, and 5 years ago. What has shifted? What deserves celebration?

  • This Isn’t About Doing More. It’s About Doing It Differently
    2025/07/24

In this milestone episode, I’m not showing up because everything feels polished or perfectly timed. I’m showing up because my voice still matters, even in the middle of the chaos.

This episode is for the woman who’s already made the leap. Who’s navigating motherhood, healing, scheduling doctors’ appointments, reworking business timelines, and still trying to trust herself through it all.

We talk about slowing down boldly, walking away from urgency, adjusting when things feel too heavy, and choosing to build something meaningful, not just fast.

If you’ve been feeling like you’re not doing enough, I hope this reminds you:

    You’re not behind. You’re becoming.

And you don’t have to do it alone.
