  • Forgivness: "Choosing Peace When the World Chooses Hate" Inspired by Charlie Kirk
    2025/09/15

When the world shakes and evil feels louder than love, it’s easy to let anger harden our hearts. After Charlie Kirk’s assassination, so many of us have felt grief, rage, confusion—and maybe even the urge to fight hate with more hate.

In this powerful episode, I share how God softened my own heart through forgiveness… even toward the people who betrayed me most.

They don’t know they’ve been forgiven—because forgiveness isn’t for them. It’s for me. And it’s for you too.

This isn’t about politics. This is about peace. About faith. About the kind of love that frees us from the pain that was never meant to be ours to carry.

If your heart is heavy today, I pray this episode reminds you:
    - Forgiveness isn’t weakness. It’s freedom.
    - You don’t have to carry what God is ready to take from you.
    - Your peace is worth more than your pain.

    Scripture shared in this episode:
    Luke 23:34, Ephesians 4:31–32, Matthew 5:44, Colossians 3:13

    2025/09/08

Addiction doesn’t just affect the person using—it ripples out, leaving deep wounds in the lives of the people who love them.

In this emotional episode, I share my personal story of being raised by addicted parents, losing them too soon, and walking alongside my little brother as he fought his own battle with addiction. His journey to recovery not only gave me my brother back, but it also gave me something I never expected: forgiveness, compassion, and healing for myself.

September is National Recovery Month, and this conversation is for anyone who has loved an addict, felt the ripple effect of addiction, or is still carrying the pain of neglect, rejection, or broken trust.

Through my story, I hope you find courage, hope, and a reminder that recovery is possible—not just for the addict, but for the family and loved ones, too.

What You’ll Learn in This Episode:

    • The ripple effect of addiction on families and children
    • Why recovery can’t be forced, and why tough love is sometimes the most loving choice
    • How my brother’s journey through recovery taught me about faith, compassion, and forgiveness

Who you surround yourself with will either lift you higher… or quietly hold you back.

This episode will help you reflect on your own community, recognize who’s truly in your corner, and start seeking out the people who will support and inspire you as you step into your most authentic self.

What You’ll Learn in This Episode:

    3. Who celebrates your wins wholeheartedly — and who minimizes them?
    4. Are there relationships you continue out of guilt or obligation?

  • Confidence vs. Self-Worth — Why They’re Not the Same
    2025/08/11

In this episode of Reauthenticated, I’m pulling back the curtain on something that gets misunderstood all the time: the difference between confidence and self-worth.

You can be confident in your skills, your job, your routines — and still feel completely lost when it comes to how you value yourself. I know that because I lived it.

I had confidence in what I did, but I lacked the self-worth to trust my own voice, honor my own needs, and make decisions based on me — not everyone else.

Now that I’m in a healthy, supportive relationship with myself and my partner and living a more aligned life, I can see how much I was shrinking just to feel accepted. And I know I’m not alone in that.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing all the “right” things but still questioning your value... this conversation is for you.

💬 In this episode, we’ll cover:

    • The real difference between confidence and self-worth
    • How confidence can mask a deeper disconnect
    • Signs that you’re lacking self-worth (even if you seem “put together”)
    • The beauty of reclaiming your authenticity
    • Action steps to build both confidence and self-worth, starting now

    🪞Reflection Questions:

These are the questions I want you to sit with after today’s episode. Maybe journal on them, maybe talk them out with a friend… but most importantly, be honest.

    • Are you confident… but still questioning your worth?
    • Do you put other people’s needs before your own just to keep the peace?
    • Do you say yes when you really want to say no?
    • Who in your life influences your decisions the most — and are they aligned with your desires?
    • When you look in the mirror, do you recognize the person looking back?
    • What parts of yourself have you hidden just to be accepted?
    • What’s one desire you’ve buried because someone made you feel like it didn’t matter?
    • If you stopped asking for permission, what would you do differently?

    2025/07/09

In this episode, I’m getting real about the ups and downs of movement—why it matters, how it can transform your physical and mental health, and what to do when you’re feeling stuck or uninspired.

I’m sharing my own journey, from my early days wandering around the gym not knowing what I was doing, to competing at the highest level (and sacrificing balance to get there), to now learning how to honor my body in every season—even when that means adapting, slowing down, or switching things up completely.

You’ll hear how I’m preparing for a huge life change—moving to Mexico—and why I’m excited (and a little anxious) to redefine what movement looks like for me.

Whether you’re just getting started, feeling bored with your workouts, or comparing yourself to an old version of you, this conversation will remind you:

    • Movement doesn’t have to be perfect.
    • It doesn’t have to look the same every season.
    • It can (and should) be something you actually enjoy.

    • My personal story of competing, plateaus, and learning to pivot
    • How to create a movement routine you want to stick to
    • Simple ways to reignite your motivation (without starting over)
    • A little humor about road trips, crankiness, and getting steps in so Milo doesn’t leave me on the side of the highway

    • If you could try any form of movement without worrying about being “good” at it, what would it be?
    • What is one small commitment you can make today to honor your body and your health?
