In this episode I talk about my health and fitness journey that began on my return to the UK in 2020.

In 2020 at the start of the covid lockdown, I made big changes to my lifestyle at the age of 48. Since then, health and wellness has been at the forefront of everything that I do.

Athough I had started doing outdoor workouts on a daily basis from March 2020, these video clips were recorded between May and October 2020.

During the 2021 Covid-19 lockdown, I talk about all of my past work experiences, having worked over 75 jobs during a 32 year period (1988-2020). I had worked in a variety of industries over the years and reflect on these experiences in this recording.

I mentioned not being a cook, but I actually do really enjoy cooking, just not at that particular job at the time.

I have uploaded my psychotherapy session because by sharing this it may help someone out there who is going through what I went through.

A discussion on why I don't own a TV and have refused to watch TV since 2004, how the internet and the media has heavily influenced our lives during lockdown and my thoughts on how this will affect society in the future.
