  • 7. How We Forgot We Were Healers
    2026/08/11

A conversation with an IVF patient led me to a forgotten history: a time when women were the healers, midwives, and keepers of the wisdom of the body. In this episode, I explore how that authority was taken away, why so many women have been taught to doubt themselves, and what it means to reclaim our intuition, our bodies, and our power today.

  • 6. Why I Left the Lab to Work With Women
    2026/08/04

For years, I hid my PhD.

Not because it wasn’t important, but because that chapter of my life was filled with pain, self-doubt, and a belief that I had to choose between science and healing.

In this episode, I share the story of leaving academia, finding my way through yoga, nutrition, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and women’s health, and realising that I had never lost the scientist in me, I had simply learned to integrate every part of myself.

If you’ve ever felt disconnected from who you are, this conversation is for you.

And if you’re navigating perimenopause and longing for a gentler, more nourishing way through, my 6-week programme “Perimenopause Journey: Softening Into Your Next Becoming” begins in October.

  • 4. Finding the Right Women's Health Practitioner in a Confusing World
    2026/07/21

Navigating women's health can feel overwhelming. With so many practitioners, opinions, and approaches available, how do you know who's the right fit for you?

In this episode, I share the key things I believe every woman should consider when choosing a healthcare practitioner, from finding someone with the right expertise and clinical experience to choosing someone who truly listens, understands your values, and genuinely wants to help.

I also talk about something that's often overlooked: your role in your own health journey. While the right practitioner can guide and support you, healing is a partnership. And if you've been dismissed, misunderstood, or let down in the past, I want to encourage you not to give up on finding the care you deserve.

This episode is all about helping you make informed decisions, trust yourself, and remember that you have every right to ask questions, take your time, and choose the people who will best support your health.

If this episode resonated with you, I'd love it if you shared it with a friend, left a review, or followed the podcast so you never miss an episode.

  • 1. Welcome to Moon & Qi
    2026/06/17

This is the space I wish I had when I was younger.

In this first episode, I share why Moon & Qi exists and why I believe women deserve a place where healing is honest, whole, and unapologetically feminine.

I'm Julie Millour, Integrative Women's Health practitioner, and I started this podcast from a very personal place: years of chronic symptoms, no roadmap, and a deep feeling that there had to be more than simply surviving life while feeling disconnected from my own body.

This episode is an invitation. To remember yourself. To stop fighting your cycles and start understanding them. To see your sensitivity, your intuition, and your femininity not as weakness but as power.

We'll explore where the name Moon & Qi comes from, what this community is being built for, and what you can expect from this podcast going forward.

This one is for every woman who ever felt there was more. You're in the right place.
