Join me for my first ever interview episode where I sit down with actor, entrepreneur and LA-based fitness instructor, Christopher Pipkin!
Although Chris and I have been very close friends for over 6 years, he and I have never before had a conversation like this one.
In honor of #BlackHistoryMonth Chris provides an intimate look into his experience as a black man growing up in America and how different life events have not only lead him to who he is today, but also how these different experiences have impacted his mental health over the years.
From being born on the East Coast to appearing on your TV in a reoccurring role in Tyler Perry’s If Loving You Is Wrong, Chris has overcome and accomplished a lot already in his life and he is just getting started.
The girls love him. The guys love him. I love him, and soon you will too! So be sure to check out this week’s episode to help continue these important conversations focusing on mental health and the black & brown community!

If you are currently hurting, I hope you find comfort in knowing you are not alone in struggles and there are tons of people out there who care about you, love you, and would do anything to help you if they knew you needed it. Sometimes we just have to start an uncomfortable conversation to get the help we need!
Conversations need to be had. Stigmas need to be shattered. So, let's see what we can do together.
