はじめに日本語版を聴き始めたが、どうもしっくりこなかったため、こちらを購入して聴いた。チャーリーの知能レベルの違いや感情の変化、さらには他の登場人物までもが、ひとりの朗読者によって見事に語り分けられている。音楽や効果音は一切なく、純粋に朗読そのものを楽しむことができた。
