  • Yoga Nidra to A Nurture Playful Spirit | 37 minutes
    2026/08/06

I wrote my latest Yoga Nidra as I sat inside my Airbnb during a Friday night rainstorm. Visions of other versions of me surfaced—versions where this type of rain meant I was outside stomping around in the puddles in my rain boots with uncontained laughter erupting from my belly. I was feeling so inspired revisiting these memories that I wrote a nidra to orient my nervous system around this kind of fun.

It accompanies the ideas I explore in last week’s Maybe I’m not having an existential crisis, I’ve just been living under florescent lights.

Yoga nidra is a guided practice of deep rest, often described as "yogic sleep." Practiced lying down in a comfortable position, it gently invites the body to soften, the nervous system to settle, and awareness to rest somewhere between wakefulness and sleep.

  • Coming Home | A Gentle Yoga Nidra for Rest | 27 minutes
    2026/07/22

The inaugural release of Homebody Rhythm, featuring a yoga nidra practice inspired by my own journey of setting down the weight of identities and responsibilities that no longer fit.

Yoga nidra is a guided practice of deep rest, often described as "yogic sleep." Practiced lying down in a comfortable position, it gently invites the body to soften, the nervous system to settle, and awareness to rest somewhere between wakefulness and sleep.

This practice is for anyone needing a release from the weight of responsibility, transition, grief, or simply the pace of everyday life. Together, we'll explore what it feels like to release effort, reconnect with the body, and remember that home is something we can cultivate from within.

The story behind the practice lives here:
