What it actually looks like to slow down when slowing down feels like failure. And we stumbled onto a philosophy borrowed straight from improv — "yes, and" — that might be my favorite framework I've heard yet for navigating chronic illness, hard seasons, and the clients who aren't getting better as fast as you want them to.
