I share why I’m not disciplined in the bodybuilder sense, but I’m devoted a.k.a I show up every day for the woman I want to become. This was the thing that mattered to me when I first started my journey because transformation is about deciding who you want to be, not chasing hacks or perfection.

    Routines are out the window, the kids are off and it’s easy to feel like your fitness goals need to take a back seat.

    So in this episode, I’m sharing my real-life POA (plan of action) for staying on track with my workouts, food and habits over the summer.

    Not a perfect plan. Not an aesthetic routine. But the strategy I’m leaning on so I can feel good in my body, keep momentum with my goals and still be present for the season I’m in.

  • This Has Been Playing On My Mind All Week
    2025/07/05

    This week felt like a total shift compared to last week. My energy came back, I felt strong in the gym, and I actually felt like me again after riding the luteal rollercoaster…oh and my weight is back down 🥳

    But also, there has been things playing on my mind....

    👉 The fact that SO many content creators online have zero qualifications in fitness or nutrition (and why that matters).
    👉 A conversation with one of my clients who’s losing weight slower than ever but finally loving her life in the process.
    👉 That bikini comment... yes, no one’s going to talk about your abs at your funeral, but that doesn’t mean you don’t deserve to feel 🔥 in your bikini while you’re alive.
    👉 And the fact that we’ve got 6 months left of 2025… and if you show up with the right strategy, you can make insane progress.
