    This week, I did an audit of my stats and realised I’ve been eating a bit more than usual… so now I’ve got a decision to make.

    I also dive into navigating luteal phase mood swings + cravings and how I’m adapting my training now my daughter is home for the rest of summer. I share why I’m not disciplined in the bodybuilder sense, but I’m devoted a.k.a I show up every day for the woman I want to become. This was the thing that mattered to me when I first started my journey because transformation is about deciding who you want to be, not chasing hacks or perfection.

    This week I’m opening up about something I’ve been struggling with behind the scenes. It’s not always easy to admit, but right now, I’m not feeling as comfortable in my body as I’d like to be or have been.

    Self-sabotage, body image challenges and those days when you just don’t feel like yourself... I’m talking about it all today.

    Sometimes, as a coach, it feels like I should always have my sh*t together, but the truth is, we all go through ups and downs and this episode is all about the realness of not always being at the top of your game.
