  • The Menopause Queen Episode 24 - When you decide to become the home you wish to live in
    2026/07/27

Sometimes life invites us to slow down.

Sometimes it shakes everything we thought was certain.

It dismantles what no longer serves us, challenges our beliefs, and gently asks us to look again at what truly matters.

    We often call this chaos.

But what if chaos isn't here to break you…

What if it is here to reveal you?

Every transition, every season of uncertainty, every difficult passage is an invitation to simplify.

To let go of what no longer nourishes you.

To release what no longer aligns with who you are becoming.

To return to what is essential.

Introspection is not an escape from the world.

    It is a journey home.

And home is not a place.

    Home is you.

    Your heart.

    Your body.

    Your breath.

    Your truth.

When we stop searching for answers outside ourselves, we discover that our greatest sanctuary has always lived within.

So welcome these seasons of change with grace.

    Breathe through the uncertainty.

    Trust the crossing.

Because on the other side is not a different version of you…

It is the woman you have always been. Perhaps the home you've been searching for was never a house.

Perhaps it has always been you. Become the home you long to live in.

  • The Menopause Queen Episode 23 : When love leads the way - Compassionate Humanised Care for End of Life
    2026/07/09

Walking Each Other Home: Compassionate Communities & Humanised End-of-Life Care Conversations Intimes with @CharlotteSaintJean of @themenopausequeen & my best friend of 54 years Sarah Farr

Walking Each Other Home is an especially beautiful title for this intimate conversation around the themes for June and July of Neutrality & Traverse because it speaks to the essence of compassionate communities & how we approach this end of life journey.

None of us should make life's final journey alone, and even the hardest decisions can be held with love, dignity and humanity. 🌿🕊️💛

Death and dying are among the few experiences we will all encounter, yet they remain some of the most difficult conversations to have. When difficult decisions need to be made—for ourselves or for those we love—how do we navigate them with compassion, dignity and humanity? In this conversation, we explore the importance of end-of-life choices, the role of compassionate communities, and the profound difference that humanised care can make during life's final chapter. This is not simply about death. It is about how we care, how we accompany one another, and how we ensure that every person feels seen, heard and held with love until the very end.

Together, we reflect on: ✨ Having courageous and compassionate conversations about end-of-life wishes ✨ Supporting individuals and families through difficult decisions ✨ The importance of dignity, choice and person-centred care ✨ Building compassionate communities where no one feels alone ✨ The power of presence, love and human connection during times of vulnerability and loss At its heart, this conversation is an invitation to remember that end-of-life care is not solely a medical journey—it is a deeply human one.

As the saying goes: "How people die remains in the memory of those who live on." — Dame Cicely Saunders

May we create communities where we walk each other home with tenderness, courage and compassion.

🌿 Because even in life's most difficult moments, love can still lead the way.

💛 If this conversation resonates with you, please like, share and subscribe, and help us continue creating spaces for meaningful conversations around care, community and the human experience.

  • The Menopause Queen Episode 22 - The power of circle & the co-creation of SHINE
    2026/06/30

The Menopause Queen Podcast – Episode 22

The Power of Circle: When Women Gather, We Rise Together

There is something deeply healing that happens when women come together.

For generations, women gathered around fires, in kitchens, by rivers and under the moon. They came together not to compete, but to share stories, wisdom, laughter, tears and the simple medicine of being seen and heard.

Somewhere along the way, many of us forgot the power of sisterhood.

We learned to do everything alone. To be independent, strong and self-sufficient. Yet, deep within, every woman longs to belong, to be witnessed and to know that she doesn't have to carry life's challenges by herself.

Menopause, in particular, can feel incredibly isolating. Our bodies change, our emotions shift and we often find ourselves questioning who we are becoming. It is during these times that the power of circle becomes even more important.

    Because in circle, we remember.

We remember that we are not alone.

We remember that another woman's story can illuminate our own.

We remember that one woman's courage gives another woman permission to rise.

There is enough space for all of us to shine.

In fact, the more one woman shines, the more light she gives to those around her.

At Be A Queen Collective, we believe that women are not meant to walk this journey in isolation. We are designed to co-create, to collaborate, to support and to celebrate one another.

Imagine what would happen if we chose encouragement over comparison…

If we shared our gifts freely…

If we celebrated another woman's success as though it were our own…

If we held space for one another's tears and triumphs…

If we trusted that another woman's light could never diminish our own.

This is the magic of sisterhood.

This is the power of circle.

And this is how we create more SHINE.

Because SHINE is not a finite resource. It is not something we must compete for or earn. It expands every time a woman shares her wisdom, opens her heart, lends a hand or simply says, "Me too."

When one woman heals, she gives other women permission to heal.

When one woman rises, she lifts others with her.

When women gather in authenticity, something extraordinary happens—we become mirrors for one another's beauty, strength and possibility.

So today, I invite you to ask yourself:

Where can I create more circle in my life?

Who can I encourage, support or celebrate today?

How can I allow myself to be supported by other women?

Because we were never meant to do this alone.

    We are meant to gather.

    We are meant to share.

    We are meant to co-create.

And together, we are meant to shine.

A candle loses nothing by lighting another candle.

May we continue to light one another's flames and remember that when women rise together, we all shine a little brighter.

  • The Menopause Queen Episode 21 - When your Nervous System gets Negatively Affected by Under Expression
    2026/05/30

The danger when you under value & under express yourself

There is a kind of exhaustion that does not only come from lack of sleep… but from holding yourself back from being who you truly are. When we start doing things “the right way.” Becoming smaller. Quieter. More acceptable.

When we avoid taking up space, expressing ourselves, or valuing who we are out of fear of judgement, rejection, or being misunderstood… the body feels it. The nervous system feels it.

Because part of us remains in constant vigilance. Constant adaptation. Constant self-suppression. And over time, something begins to contract within. The breath becomes shorter. The body tighter. The energy lower. We can begin to confuse safety with invisibility. But the body was never designed to live in the constant compression of the self. It needs space. Truth. Movement. Expression. Expressing yourself does not mean becoming louder or more perfect. It means becoming aligned with what you truly feel. Saying yes when it is yes. Saying no when it is no. Honouring your voice. Your creativity. Your presence. And sometimes, healing the nervous system begins the moment we stop abandoning ourselves in order to be accepted or loved. You do not need to become someone else. You simply need to stop leaving yourself behind. Take a deep breath. Take up space. And allow your energy to flow freely once again 🤍

  • The Menopause Queen Episode 20 - When everything is the energy you emanate & your choose the story you tell
    2026/05/18

You are constantly emanating energy. Through your words. Your body. Your choices. Your silence. Your presence. And somewhere along the way, many of us began telling stories about ourselves that were never truly ours. Welcome to ⁨@themenopausequeen⁩ by ⁨@CharlotteSaintJean⁩

I am a self proclaimed menopausal Queen, corporate witch and passionate about life! This is a space I use for therapy for myself but also hope that along the way I can help, influence, guide or just take your hand and say "you see you are not alone" I tell stories, make sure that every day is a party and try and bring sunshine into my own life and yours! Stories born from pain. From fear. From disappointment. From survival. But your past is not a prison. It is part of your roots. You do not need to erase what has happened. You do not need to deny the chapters that shaped you. Healing is not forgetting. It is integrating. It is allowing your experiences to become wisdom instead of limitation. Power instead of shame. Presence instead of protection. At any moment, you can choose again. Choose the energy you wish to embody. Choose the story you wish to live. Choose the version of yourself you are ready to become now. Because your energetic DNA is not fixed. It is alive. Moving. Evolving with every conscious breath, every aligned choice, every truth you dare to embody. You are not rewriting who you were. You are reclaiming who you have always been beneath the conditioning, the fear, the masks. Breathe deeply. Stand fully in your truth. And allow your energy to speak before you do. ✨

  • The Menopause Queen Episode 19 - Welcoming Transition as a chance to grow
    2026/05/02

Episode 19 of The Menopause Queen Podcast arrives under the powerful energy of the May Flower Full Moon 🌕🌸

    A moment of blossoming.
    Of revelation.
Of seeing ourselves — and our lives — through a new lens.

In this episode, I explore the transformational perspective shifts that menopause can invite into our lives.
Not as an ending… but as a deep recalibration.
A return to what is essential, authentic, and alive within us.

I also share the profound wisdom that trees offer us during times of change.

Because trees do not stop growing simply because the seasons change.
They continue to push their roots deeper into the earth…
while expanding upward toward the light.

And perhaps we are being asked to do the same.

To root ourselves more deeply into our truth.
    To stop abandoning our authenticity.
To trust what is trying to emerge through us.

Like trees, we are not here merely to survive.
    We are here to grow.
    To embody.
    To radiate.
To manifest the truth of who we are.

    Even after storms.
    Even through transformation.
    Even when everything feels unfamiliar.

This episode is an invitation to soften into the shifts,
to honour the wisdom of your own cycles,
and to remember that your roots are stronger than you think.

🎧 Listen, breathe, reflect… and allow yourself to bloom differently.

    With love,
    Charlotte 🤍

  • The Menopause Queen Podcast - Episode 18 Ground down to rise up. How to use the universe to manifest your queendom
    2026/04/18

There are moments when the energy around us feels more intense…
and right now, the energy of Aquarius is no exception. ⚡️

In this episode of The Menopause Queen I invite you to explore this powerful wave — one that can both shake you and awaken you.

An energy that is fast, electric, almost unpredictable…
pushing you to react, to respond, to move beyond your comfort zone.

    But the real question is:
    where are you responding from?

    From impulse?
    From the mind?
    From unhealed wounds?
Or from a grounded, aligned, conscious space?

Because manifesting what you truly desire
    does not come from reaction…
    but from presence.

In this episode, I invite you to slow down in the midst of intensity.
To come back into your body.
To choose your response rather than be driven by reaction.

    And to remember this truth:

Heal for the girl you once were.
    Protect the woman you are.
And rise for the Queen you were born to embody.

This is not a fight against the world…
It is a devotion to yourself.

🎧 An episode to realign, ground, and navigate this energy with power and awareness.

    With love 🤍 Charlotte

  • The Menopause Queen Episode 17 - Perspective, Comparison, Failure & Celebrating the Glimmers
    2026/04/04

What if everything was simply a matter of perspective… 🤍

In this episode, I invite you to explore those moments of doubt — when comparison creeps in, when you feel like you’re not enough…
Not far enough, not successful enough, not where you “should” be.

That feeling of failure, so familiar at times,
often comes from seeing yourself through the lens of others.

But what if you shifted the angle?
What if balance wasn’t something to achieve,
but something to dance with — fluid, imperfect, deeply human?

We explore comparison, the stories we tell ourselves,
and the beauty of returning to your own rhythm, your own truth.

And most of all… learning to celebrate the sparkles. ✨

    Those small, often unseen moments
that are actually the truest markers of a rich, full, vibrant life.

    A smile.
    A step forward.
    A moment of presence.
    A breath of gratitude.

    Maybe you’re not failing…
    Maybe you’re simply living.

And what if today, you chose to see the gold in the ordinary?

🎧 Tune in if you’re craving softness, perspective… and a little more light in the way you see your life.

    With love 🤍 Charlotte
