Thoughts from the Summer & facing the pain of natural disaster

How does one reconcile the past few months when we are ill prepared for such loss & yet we feel it deeply….?

I have spent a lot of this Summer in introspection & in a sort of waiting room rather like a butterfly waiting for the next chapter to unfold. Not hiding or avoiding. Not wishing but dreaming, visualising & wondering. I have been creative (as my next email will prove when I release 3 new books - yes three! told you I have been busy) but I have also been reflective. What legacy are we leaving? What legacy am I leaving?

One of the books I am releasing (and you can get your copy already right here) is Letters Between Us. It is a diary or journal between Mother & Daughter or Grand Daughter to write down the stories the advice either alone and then shared or together. An opportunity to ask the difficult questions, speak from the heart, leave behind a trail of love….

It was inspired by my daughter Mélodie offering me a book for Mother’s Day that she had completed and some of which I had to fill in myself. It was also inspired by my best freind Sarah who said that her Mom wondered why she wanted her to tell her stories or even write them down as “who would be interested in that”…. Sarah’s response “Well, I would for a start!”
