  • The Menopause Queen Episode 24 - When you decide to become the home you wish to live in
    2026/07/27

Sometimes life invites us to slow down.

Sometimes it shakes everything we thought was certain.

It dismantles what no longer serves us, challenges our beliefs, and gently asks us to look again at what truly matters.

    We often call this chaos.

But what if chaos isn't here to break you…

What if it is here to reveal you?

Every transition, every season of uncertainty, every difficult passage is an invitation to simplify.

To let go of what no longer nourishes you.

To release what no longer aligns with who you are becoming.

To return to what is essential.

Introspection is not an escape from the world.

    It is a journey home.

And home is not a place.

    Home is you.

    Your heart.

    Your body.

    Your breath.

    Your truth.

When we stop searching for answers outside ourselves, we discover that our greatest sanctuary has always lived within.

So welcome these seasons of change with grace.

    Breathe through the uncertainty.

    Trust the crossing.

Because on the other side is not a different version of you…

It is the woman you have always been. Perhaps the home you've been searching for was never a house.

Perhaps it has always been you. Become the home you long to live in.

    With love,

  • The Menopause Queen Episode 23 : When love leads the way - Compassionate Humanised Care for End of Life
    2026/07/09

Walking Each Other Home: Compassionate Communities & Humanised End-of-Life Care Conversations Intimes with @CharlotteSaintJean of @themenopausequeen & my best friend of 54 years Sarah Farr

Walking Each Other Home is an especially beautiful title for this intimate conversation around the themes for June and July of Neutrality & Traverse because it speaks to the essence of compassionate communities & how we approach this end of life journey.

None of us should make life's final journey alone, and even the hardest decisions can be held with love, dignity and humanity. 🌿🕊️💛

Death and dying are among the few experiences we will all encounter, yet they remain some of the most difficult conversations to have. When difficult decisions need to be made—for ourselves or for those we love—how do we navigate them with compassion, dignity and humanity? In this conversation, we explore the importance of end-of-life choices, the role of compassionate communities, and the profound difference that humanised care can make during life's final chapter. This is not simply about death. It is about how we care, how we accompany one another, and how we ensure that every person feels seen, heard and held with love until the very end.

Together, we reflect on: ✨ Having courageous and compassionate conversations about end-of-life wishes ✨ Supporting individuals and families through difficult decisions ✨ The importance of dignity, choice and person-centred care ✨ Building compassionate communities where no one feels alone ✨ The power of presence, love and human connection during times of vulnerability and loss At its heart, this conversation is an invitation to remember that end-of-life care is not solely a medical journey—it is a deeply human one.

As the saying goes: "How people die remains in the memory of those who live on." — Dame Cicely Saunders

May we create communities where we walk each other home with tenderness, courage and compassion.

🌿 Because even in life's most difficult moments, love can still lead the way.

💛 If this conversation resonates with you, please like, share and subscribe, and help us continue creating spaces for meaningful conversations around care, community and the human experience.

  • The Menopause Queen Episode 22 - The power of circle & the co-creation of SHINE
    2026/06/30

The Menopause Queen Podcast – Episode 22

The Power of Circle: When Women Gather, We Rise Together

There is something deeply healing that happens when women come together.

For generations, women gathered around fires, in kitchens, by rivers and under the moon. They came together not to compete, but to share stories, wisdom, laughter, tears and the simple medicine of being seen and heard.

Somewhere along the way, many of us forgot the power of sisterhood.

We learned to do everything alone. To be independent, strong and self-sufficient. Yet, deep within, every woman longs to belong, to be witnessed and to know that she doesn't have to carry life's challenges by herself.

Menopause, in particular, can feel incredibly isolating. Our bodies change, our emotions shift and we often find ourselves questioning who we are becoming. It is during these times that the power of circle becomes even more important.

    Because in circle, we remember.

We remember that we are not alone.

We remember that another woman's story can illuminate our own.

We remember that one woman's courage gives another woman permission to rise.

There is enough space for all of us to shine.

In fact, the more one woman shines, the more light she gives to those around her.

At Be A Queen Collective, we believe that women are not meant to walk this journey in isolation. We are designed to co-create, to collaborate, to support and to celebrate one another.

Imagine what would happen if we chose encouragement over comparison…

If we shared our gifts freely…

If we celebrated another woman's success as though it were our own…

If we held space for one another's tears and triumphs…

If we trusted that another woman's light could never diminish our own.

This is the magic of sisterhood.

This is the power of circle.

And this is how we create more SHINE.

Because SHINE is not a finite resource. It is not something we must compete for or earn. It expands every time a woman shares her wisdom, opens her heart, lends a hand or simply says, "Me too."

When one woman heals, she gives other women permission to heal.

When one woman rises, she lifts others with her.

When women gather in authenticity, something extraordinary happens—we become mirrors for one another's beauty, strength and possibility.

So today, I invite you to ask yourself:

Where can I create more circle in my life?

Who can I encourage, support or celebrate today?

How can I allow myself to be supported by other women?

Because we were never meant to do this alone.

    We are meant to gather.

    We are meant to share.

    We are meant to co-create.

And together, we are meant to shine.

A candle loses nothing by lighting another candle.

May we continue to light one another's flames and remember that when women rise together, we all shine a little brighter.
