    Many people live with trauma responses for years without realizing what they’re experiencing is actually Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.

    Unlike Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, CPTSD often develops from long-term or repeated trauma, especially during childhood.

    This can include emotional neglect, unstable environments, or growing up feeling like you had to constantly walk on eggshells.

    In this podcast, we explore the common signs of CPTSD and complex trauma, including emotional flashbacks, nervous system dysregulation, hypervigilance, people-pleasing, and feeling stuck in survival mode. If you’ve ever felt like you:

    • are easily triggered emotionally

    • struggle to relax or feel safe

    • constantly overanalyze other people’s moods

    • feel responsible for everyone else’s emotions • experience deep shame or feel “too much”
