Ilana, like so many, didn't have the means to do gymnastics as a child, so she taught herself skills in the grass, at parks, and wherever she could! Fast forward to her adult years - she is on her grad school club team! Gymnastics has immensely helped her confront fears, build amazing friendships, strive for wild goals, overcome mental blocks, and have so much fun along the way!
