  • The Space Between: Why You Feel Stuck & Why It's Actually Growth
    2025/11/20

“Maybe this in between isn’t punishment… maybe it’s preparation. Maybe it’s the shaping.”

    — Brock Eissman

This episode explores that in between season from both a human and psychological perspective:

    • Why the “space between” is uncomfortable

    • The science behind identity shifts & uncertainty

    • Why your brain resists change

    • How liminal spaces have always been the birthplace of transformation

    • What to do when life feels unclear, heavy, or in transition

Brock offers three practical, research-backed tools you can use immediately to navigate the space between:

    1. Name your season

    2. Narrow your focus to what you can influence today

    3. Recognize that discomfort is neuroplasticity & growth
