    Having spent years working with hundreds of high performers, I’ve observed one thing that’s common to 95% of them. And that is, that they are very hard on themselves.

    When you always feel behind and/or feel like you have a point to prove, it can be a powerful motivator to action. Being hard on yourself can work and get you to a certain level of success until it starts to hold you back.

    To smash through your obstacles, learning to silence the inner critic is one of the key ingredients to the next level, whatever that looks like for you.

    In this episode, we talk about:

    · How being self-critical can spur you to action and why it leads to a success ceiling later down the road.

    · Subtle ways to see when you’re being self-critical (even if it’s not always obvious).

    · Acting from “not enoughness” vs. acting out of self-love and a sense of worth.

  • Episode 5: A Guide To Finding Your Purpose

    “Purpose” or your Soul Path – big words and potentially a lot of pressure to find “the thing”.

    And even when you’ve found your purpose, it takes a lot of courage and determination to walk that path unique to you, when most people don’t.

  • Episode 4: Why What You Think Of As Manifestation Is Not Manifestation (most of the time)

    I’m here to bust another spiritual world myth in today’s episode.
    What you think of as “manifestation” is not manifestation most of the time. The reality of creating what you want is far more complex than the spiritual world would have you believe.

    If you have been unable to create what you want (either at all or consistently), and everyone around you seemingly found it easy, it’s not your fault.
    What you have been told is incomplete.


    In this episode, I talk about:

    • What is actually happening when you think you are “manifesting” something
    • The physics theory of determinism – and how the truth lies somewhere in the middle (I call it quasi-determinism).
    • Tell-tale signs that you are not truly manifesting vs. signs that you are.
    • Why the manifestation techniques that you’ve been taught (such as visualisation) can work against you
    • Simple starter steps to create what you want.

    In the spiritual world and commonly, in the start-up business space, you hear “There is no Plan B” used as a badge of honour.

    It is often lauded as the reason for an entrepreneur’s success (it isn’t the reason – I will go into why in future episodes). There is a whole load of ingredients that feed into someone’s ability to create what they want.

    Commonly, I have seen that where it does work and someone brings into being their Plan A, it can come at a cost.
