  • You Have So Much To Be Proud Of
    2025/12/18

As the year winds down, it’s easy to look back and see the things you didn’t do. But today, I want you to look a little deeper.

This episode is a reminder that even if nobody else saw it, God did. The quiet resilience, the things you walked through without posting about them, the decisions you made in private, the prayers you whispered when no one else was listening, those things matter. You have so much to be proud of. If you’ve felt like your life hasn’t looked as together as someone else’s this year, I hope this encourages you to see it differently. Especially if you’ve been walking through hard things, this one’s for you.

    Episode Highlights
    • The quiet things you overcame are worth celebrating
    • God’s goodness is often clearest in the hardest seasons
    • You showed up in ways that no one else saw but God did

  • Why Wait?
    2025/12/04

December invites us into waiting. Some of it is sacred and hopeful. Some of it leaves us stuck until January. In this episode, I share a different way to move through this month, one that helps you experience more peace now and arrive in the new year already ahead.

In this episode I invite you to consider what happens when you stop waiting for a date on a calendar and start now. December doesn’t have to be the month you postpone your life. It can be the month you begin.

    In This Episode, We Explore

    • Why the waiting we do in December feels so different
    • The unexpected advantage of starting now
    • What changes when you stop rushing and begin being
    • How to move toward January already rooted in who you’re becoming

  • Skip This Question and Ask This Instead
    2025/11/27

Let’s be honest, we’ve all asked How are you? and barely stuck around for the answer. It’s become one of those reflexive questions we toss into conversations without much thought.

But what if we could ask better ones, ones that lead to deeper connection and more meaningful moments? In this episode, I’m sharing a list of intentional questions to help you break the small talk cycle and build real conversations, especially during the holiday season. This is a gentle nudge to rethink your go-to openers and get curious in a more thoughtful way.

    Episode Highlights
How are you? has become more of a habit than a heartfelt question
    • Intentional questions create real connection and take practice
    • Small shifts in conversation can make people feel truly seen
    • Curiosity is one of the best tools for building deeper relationships
    • You don’t need hundreds of questions, just a few good ones and the willingness to listen

    Episode Highlights:

    • Overwhelm doesn’t have to be your default
    • One mindset shift that can change your entire season
    • Why pre-deciding matters more than planning
    • What to say no to before it spirals
    • A 9-minute challenge to create space for what matters most
