This interview episode is with Dr Cristina Cavezza.
Cristina is a clinical psychologist and coach with over 15 years’ experience helping women manage their emotions better so that they are less likely to turn to food for comfort.
She runs an online group coaching program for women in the (peri)menopausal years (aged 35+) who want help managing their eating habits. As a mother of twins and a business owner, she understands first-hand the struggle of juggling work, family and other life commitments with one’s own health.
Within this conversation we talk about:
How the symptoms of perimenopause and being a parent can overlap
How taking preventative measures to thrive in life can be more successful that trying to create quick fixes to situations
The pressure of being a perfect mum
Why we should be ‘fierce advocates’ of our own well being
Cristina’s top tips for being a Happy Thriving Mum
Cristina gives so much amazing advice and insight- this is a great conversation- I took so much away from it. I hope you love listening to Cristina as much as I enjoyed talking to her.
