In this episode, Amanda is joined by Sheena Taylor, an ADHD Relationship Mentor, professional declutterer and organiser who specialises in supporting women with ADHD to live with less shame and more self-acceptance.With over 20 years’ experience working with neurodivergent individuals — including her background as a Special Educational Needs Coordinator — Sheena brings together professional expertise and lived understanding.
