    Your house is clean, the kids are happy, you baked the thing for the school fair, and you feel… utterly dead inside.


    We’ve been fed a massive lie that perfection is what we should all be aiming for. We shouldn't- trying to achieve this is firstly unobtainable and secondly not fun. As a recovering perfectionist, in this episode, I’ll show you why I believe there are actually two healthier routes you can take:

    2. How asking for help is actually a superpower (And that we should be doing this more-without the a side order of guilt.)
