    In this episode, Amanda talks about the importance of maintaining your mental health as a mum.


    We all know the term ‘Mental Health’ but knowing what it actually means and how we can do our best to protect it is so important. We all have moments in our lives that can feel a bit overwhelming and stressful. Today’s episode dives into simple things we can do which can be a game changer for our mental health and therefore, have positive implications for how we show up as a mum and in our daily lives.

    • How exercise can help your mental health.
    • What to do if you are worried about your mental health.
    • How to supercharge your activities of daily living for maximum benefit.

    This Episode is with Rebecca Woollam.


    Rebecca has so many strings to her bow! She is a former NHS Health Visitor turned Nursery Owner and Parent Empowerment Coach. She also helps families book travel as an independent travel agent whilst empowering and mentoring others to the same!


    Rebecca’s experience and passion lies in supporting and educating parents to be the best version of themselves. Empowering them to have the belief to live the life of their dreams and reminding them that they are the EXPERT on their family and to trust their instincts.


    We discuss a whole range of things including:

    • How personal experience of being a mum with ADHD and raising neurodivergent kids allows Rebecca to help others on a similar journey.

    • That all parents struggle at some point and how sharing this is the first step to taking action to realise you are doing a great job.

    • The idea that “if you believe you can or you believe you can’t” - either way you’re right.

    • The importance of being a good role model for your children.

    • Avoiding mum guilt- especially the guilt of being a working mum.
