  • Exhausted All the Time? This Hidden Gut Infection Could Be Why
    2026/09/17

📌 Your Path to True Wellness Starts Here: https://f8wellness.com/

Exhausted all the time with no clear reason? A hidden stomach infection could be quietly draining your iron, wrecking your thyroid symptoms, and nobody has thought to test for it. This one gets missed for years because it rarely feels like an infection at all. Most people picture ulcers and burning pain, but the real pattern looks like unexplained fatigue, low ferritin that never budges, hair thinning, and labs that keep coming back "normal."

In this episode, I'm going to show you the clues that point to H. pylori, how it drains nutrients like iron and B12, and what actually needs to happen before your fatigue and thyroid symptoms can improve.

    ⏱️ TIMESTAMPS
0:00 Exhausted All the Time? This Hidden Gut Infection Could Be Why
0:33 Why H pylori rarely feels like a stomach problem
1:34 What your stomach really controls
2:20 Meet H pylori, the hidden bacteria
3:22 Book a call with our clinic
3:45 Why your ferritin and iron never hold steady
5:00 Why doctors miss this for years
5:49 How Hashimoto's connects to gut infections
7:11 When I actually start testing for H pylori
7:57 How H pylori is tested and confirmed

    ❓ QUESTIONS ANSWERED

Can a stomach infection cause fatigue and hair loss?
Yes. H pylori changes the stomach acid environment needed to absorb iron and B12, and low levels of those nutrients commonly cause fatigue, hair thinning, brain fog, and cold hands and feet, symptoms that get blamed on the thyroid when the real driver is upstream in the gut.

Why does my iron keep dropping even though I supplement?
If H pylori is disrupting the acidic environment your stomach needs to absorb iron, taking more supplements will not fix the underlying absorption problem. You have to identify and treat the infection first, otherwise ferritin will keep sliding no matter how much iron you take.

Does H pylori always cause stomach pain?
No. Many people never get classic symptoms like burning or ulcers. Instead they notice reflux, bloating, food sensitivities, or unexplained nutrient deficiencies that show up on bloodwork years before anyone thinks to test for an infection.

  • What Stable Blood Sugar for 30 Days Does to Hashimoto’s Symptoms
    2026/09/10

📌 Your Path to True Wellness Starts Here: https://f8wellness.com/

Your energy crashes in the afternoon. You wake up at 3am wired and exhausted. Your thyroid labs look fine, but nothing feels stable. This might not be your thyroid at all. It might be blood sugar swings hiding behind a normal looking lab panel, quietly keeping your immune system on high alert.

In this episode, I'm going to show you what actually happens to Hashimoto's symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, anxiety, and nighttime waking when blood sugar gets stabilized for 30 days.

    ⏱️ TIMESTAMPS
0:00 What Stable Blood Sugar for 30 Days Does to Hashimoto’s Symptoms
0:43 The pattern doctors miss when labs look normal
1:45 Why fasting glucose and A1C can hide the problem
3:16 What a blood sugar crash does to your body
4:22 Why you wake up at 3am wired and exhausted
5:47 How blood sugar crashes keep autoimmune flares going
6:39 Why your clean diet still isn't working
9:00 What to track for the next 7 days
9:53 The 30 day plan to stabilize blood sugar
10:57 When to look beyond blood sugar for answers

    ❓ QUESTIONS ANSWERED

Can blood sugar instability cause Hashimoto's symptoms?
Yes. Blood sugar crashes trigger cortisol and adrenaline release, which can cause fatigue, brain fog, anxiety, and sleep disruption that mimic thyroid symptoms directly. Over time these repeated stress hormone spikes also add to the inflammatory load your immune system is already carrying, which can make Hashimoto's flares feel more frequent and more intense.

Why do I wake up at 3am with Hashimoto's?
A drop in blood sugar overnight can trigger a cortisol and adrenaline response that jolts you awake even though your body is still tired. This is often mistaken for anxiety alone. Stabilizing evening meals and avoiding late night blood sugar dips can reduce or eliminate this pattern within a few weeks.

Does stabilizing blood sugar cure Hashimoto's?
No, it does not cure Hashimoto's or regrow thyroid tissue. It can remove one repeated stress signal that makes the autoimmune condition harder to manage, which often means fewer flares, steadier energy, and clearer thinking even though the underlying autoimmune process still needs its own targeted care.

  • Doctor EXPOSES Why Going Gluten-Free Isn’t Fixing Your Hashimoto’s
    2026/09/03

📌 Your Path to True Wellness Starts Here: https://f8wellness.com/

You gave up gluten because someone told you it would help your Hashimoto's. You are still tired, still losing hair, and your antibodies are still high. Removing gluten was not the wrong move, but it was never the whole plan. Most people stop at step one and never learn what step two actually is.

In this episode, I'm going to show you why going gluten free can help without getting you all the way there, and what I would look at next.

    ⏱️ TIMESTAMPS
0:00 Why gluten free stopped working
0:33 What gluten free actually fixed
    1:15 The blister analogy explained
2:36 Why you react to more foods, not fewer
3:25 Why the gut lining matters with Hashimoto's
3:58 Fixing digestion from the beginning
    5:20 Why probiotics can backfire
6:47 The nervous system and digestion connection
8:15 What I would ask before removing more food

    ❓ QUESTIONS ANSWERED

Why is going gluten free not enough for Hashimoto's?
Gluten free removes one possible trigger, but it does not repair a gut lining that is already damaged or fix poor digestion, bacterial imbalance, or infections still keeping the immune system activated. Real progress usually requires addressing digestion at its source, not just removing one food group.

Why do I still react to new foods after cutting out gluten?
When the gut lining stays compromised, undigested material can pass through it and trigger the immune system, which can make you react to foods that never bothered you before. This pattern often gets worse over time if the underlying gut damage is never addressed directly.

Should I take a probiotic to heal my gut after going gluten free?
Not necessarily. If there is already bacterial overgrowth or an infection present, adding more bacteria through a probiotic can sometimes make symptoms worse until the underlying imbalance is addressed first.

  • Before You Increase Your Thyroid Medication, Check These 4 Things
    2026/08/27

📌 Your Path to True Wellness Starts Here: https://f8wellness.com/

How many times has your doctor raised your thyroid dose before you started wondering if the dose was ever really the problem? There is a lot more to thyroid care than increasing the prescription every time you feel bad. Most people never get their conversion, ferritin, or antibodies checked before another dose increase gets ordered. Getting this wrong means months of waiting on a change that was never going to fix you, while the real cause of your symptoms goes untreated.

In this episode, I'm going to walk through the four things I would check before changing your thyroid medication dose.

    ⏱️ TIMESTAMPS
0:00 Before You Increase Your Thyroid Medication, Check These 4 Things
    0:16 Are you converting T4 into T3
    1:20 Free T4 free T3 and reverse T3 explained
2:07 Why ferritin gets missed on standard labs
3:22 The ferritin and thyroid feedback loop
5:56 Could something else cause your symptoms
7:54 How Hashimoto's flares destabilize your numbers
8:22 The four questions to ask your doctor
9:10 What to do before your next appointment

    ❓ QUESTIONS ANSWERED

What should I check before increasing my thyroid medication?
Ask your doctor to check free T4, free T3, ferritin, and thyroid antibodies before raising the dose, since any of these can explain persistent symptoms without needing more hormone. Many patients get dose increases for years without any of these markers ever being tested.

Can low ferritin cause thyroid symptoms even with normal hemoglobin?
Yes, ferritin and hemoglobin are different markers, and low ferritin alone can cause fatigue, hair loss, brain fog, and heart palpitations that mimic hypothyroidism. Standard bloodwork often misses this because ferritin is rarely ordered alongside a basic thyroid panel.

Why do my thyroid labs keep changing even though my dose has not?
An active Hashimoto's flare can change how much thyroid hormone enters your bloodstream, making your TSH move even when your medication stays the same. This is one of the most overlooked reasons people get put on unnecessary dose adjustments.

  • STOP Celebrating a Lower TSH. Your Hashi’s May Be Getting Worse.
    2026/08/20

📌 Your Path to True Wellness Starts Here: https://f8wellness.com/

Your TSH went down. Your doctor said your thyroid is improving. But you feel worse than ever. More anxious, wired, unable to sleep, your heart racing. That disconnect is not random and there is one explanation about Hashimoto's that most doctors never mention.

In this episode, I'm going to explain why a lower TSH does not always mean your Hashimoto's is getting better, and show you the pattern that explains why your labs and your symptoms seem to tell two different stories.

    ⏱️ TIMESTAMPS
0:00 STOP Celebrating a Lower TSH. Your Hashi’s May Be Getting Worse.
0:41 How TSH normally responds to thyroid medication
1:23 The part about lower TSH most people miss
1:43 Why your thyroid is more than a hormone factory
2:15 How Hashimoto's flares damage the hormone tank
2:51 Why the leak makes bloodwork look better temporarily
3:22 The Hashimoto's roller coaster explained
4:06 Self check, has your pattern looked like this
5:11 What real thyroid improvement should look like
6:08 Exact questions to ask your doctor next visit

    ❓ QUESTIONS ANSWERED

Q: Why did my TSH improve but I feel worse with Hashimoto's?
A: A lower TSH can mean your medication is working, but with Hashimoto's it can also mean stored hormone is spilling out of thyroid tissue damaged during an immune flare. That spike is temporary and often followed by a drop in thyroid function once the flare settles.

Q: Why does my thyroid dose keep getting changed up and down?
A: This swinging pattern often happens because bloodwork is caught during different phases of a Hashimoto's flare cycle, not because your thyroid is truly unpredictable. Comparing your TSH with free T4, free T3, antibodies, symptoms, and past labs gives a clearer picture than one isolated result.

Q: What does real thyroid improvement look like with Hashimoto's?
A: Real improvement looks stable, not dramatic, with your dose becoming more consistent and your energy, sleep, and body temperature normalizing gradually. Your bloodwork should tell one consistent story instead of swinging between hyperthyroid and hypothyroid symptoms.

  • DON’T IGNORE THIS IF YOU’VE BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH HYPOTHYROIDISM!!!
    2026/08/13

📌 Your Path to True Wellness Starts Here: https://f8wellness.com/

If you were diagnosed with hypothyroidism, there is one question your doctor may never have answered. Do you actually have Hashimoto's? Your TSH and free T4 can look perfect on paper while the real problem, an immune attack on your thyroid, keeps running quietly in the background for years. Most people never get the one test that would actually confirm it.

In this episode, I'm going to show you how to find out whether Hashimoto's was missed, which antibody tests actually matter, and what to ask your doctor at your next appointment.

    ⏱️ TIMESTAMPS
0:00 DON’T IGNORE THIS IF YOU’VE BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH HYPOTHYROIDISM!!!
    1:40 Hypothyroidism vs Hashimoto's explained
2:15 Why the immune system attacks your thyroid
    4:00 Why TSH alone can't catch Hashimoto's
4:53 Stuck between an endocrinologist and a rheumatologist
    5:11 Self-check, has Hashimoto's been hiding
7:57 The two antibody tests you need
9:22 Why a Hashimoto's diagnosis is not the finish line
10:33 What to look for and ask at your next appointment

    ❓ QUESTIONS ANSWERED

What is the difference between hypothyroidism and Hashimoto's?
Hypothyroidism describes low thyroid hormone output, while Hashimoto's is the autoimmune attack that often causes it. You can be treated for hypothyroidism for years without anyone ever confirming or ruling out Hashimoto's, and that gap can leave the underlying immune process unaddressed.

    Which blood tests confirm Hashimoto's?
TPO antibodies and thyroid globulin antibodies are the two markers that show whether your immune system is attacking your thyroid, and they are separate from a standard TSH panel. Most routine thyroid checks never include them unless you specifically ask.

Can you have normal thyroid labs and still have Hashimoto's?
Yes. TSH and free T4 can look fine or fluctuate on medication while the underlying autoimmune process continues, which is why antibody testing has to be checked on its own rather than assumed from your TSH result.

Restless legs at night. Exhaustion that sleep never fixes. Hair falling out in the shower. Doctors treat these as three separate problems, but after 15,000 patients, I can tell you they are one problem showing up three ways.

In this episode, I'm going to explain the single lab marker connecting restless legs, chronic exhaustion, and hair loss, and show you exactly what number to look for on your own bloodwork.

    ⏱️ TIMESTAMPS
0:00 Hair Falling Out and Tired All the Time? It’s Not Your Thyroid
0:23 Why restless legs is a signaling problem
1:22 Exhaustion that sleep will not fix
2:19 Hair loss doctors call genetic
3:41 Why the shedding started months before you noticed
3:53 The nutrient connecting all three symptoms
4:31 Ferritin vs hemoglobin, why they are not the same test
5:37 What to search for on your own bloodwork right now
5:53 What your ferritin number actually means
6:27 What to check if your ferritin is already high

    ❓ QUESTIONS ANSWERED

What do restless legs, exhaustion, and hair loss have in common?
All three can be caused by low ferritin, the storage form of iron that your nervous system, cells, and hair follicles all depend on to function properly. When ferritin drops, your body starts rationing iron away from these systems first, which is why the symptoms often appear together rather than alone.

Why does my bloodwork say normal if my ferritin is low?
Most labs consider anything above 12 normal, but functional ranges look for ferritin above 75 before symptoms like restless legs, fatigue, and hair loss actually resolve. That gap between lab normal and functional normal is exactly why so many people are told their bloodwork looks fine while they still feel terrible.

Why does taking iron supplements not fix my ferritin?
If you do not find the reason your ferritin is dropping, such as heavy periods, H pylori infection, or poor gut absorption, taking iron is like filling a bucket with a hole in it. You have to fix the underlying drain before supplementation can actually rebuild your stores.

If you have tried every cream, ointment, and steroid and your eczema keeps coming back, the problem was never your skin. Your immune system has been stuck in the on position for years, and nobody ever went looking for what was keeping it there. Once you know where to look, you stop managing flares and start actually fixing the cause.

In this episode, I'm going to explain why eczema is not a skin disease, what is really keeping your immune system chronically activated, and the exact steps to find out if your gut is the hidden driver behind your flares.

    ⏱️ TIMESTAMPS
0:00 Eczema Is Not a Skin Problem. (Here’s What It is AND How to Fix It)
    0:19 What eczema actually is
0:49 The dermatologist is not wrong, just incomplete
1:41 Why your skin is only the symptom
2:29 What is really happening inside your body
    3:56 Why flares feel random
5:19 Signs your immune system is chronically activated
5:35 The real root cause hiding in your gut
6:29 How gut damage triggers eczema silently
6:47 Start your seven day skin and food log tonight

    ❓ QUESTIONS ANSWERED

Q: Why does eczema keep coming back even with steroid creams?
A: Steroid creams calm the skin but do not turn off the immune signal driving it. If the immune system stays chronically activated, the flare returns once the cream's effect fades, often within days or weeks of stopping treatment.

Q: What is the real root cause of chronic eczema?
A: In most chronic cases, a compromised gut lining lets substances leak into the bloodstream that the immune system was never meant to encounter. This keeps the immune system stuck in a constant state of activation, which shows up on the skin as flares, redness, and itching that never fully resolve.

Q: How do I know if my gut is causing my eczema?
A: Track a seven day skin and food log and note your skin's reaction within 24 to 48 hours of eating. If you see a pattern with certain foods, or no pattern at all, it points to gut involvement that a functional medicine provider can test directly through bloodwork and stool analysis.
