    GUEST BIO

Scott Holmes is a quantum healing practitioner, transformational coach, and Amazon bestselling author whose work bridges science, spirit, and the human heart. A Reiki Master Teacher, Polarity Therapist, RYSE Teacher, Theta Healer, Universal White Time Healing practitioner, and certified Find Your Voice Coach, Scott blends a decade of study and world travel with the hard-earned wisdom of lived experience.

    SHOW NOTES

What happens when you’re so busy taking care of everyone else that you lose yourself along the way? In this episode, I sit down with Scott Holmes, healing practitioner and author of From Burnout to Burning Bright, for a real conversation about burnout, boundaries, and finding your way back to yourself. Scott shares how years of caregiving and loss left him wondering who he was, and how his healing journey helped him reconnect. I share my own experience of being the one in charge, learning to say no, and being willing to sit in the discomfort instead of making everyone else happy. What really hit home for me is how often we keep pushing when our bodies are asking us to pay attention. We also talk about people-pleasing, perfectionism, and how small moments of gratitude can shift our perspective. Taking care of yourself has to be part of the equation. You deserve more than just getting through the day.

    Conversation Highlights:

    • Giving so much to everyone else that there’s nothing left for you.

    • Learning to say no and sit with the discomfort of choosing yourself.

    • Reconnecting with yourself through small daily practices, gratitude, and a shift in perspective.

GUEST BIO: Karen Joy Fritz is the Purpose-tivity Mentor for creative entrepreneurs who want to get important shit done. Together we build the river banks that keep you in FLOW. With degrees in Neuropsych and Computer Science and multiple coaching certifications, Karen has enjoyed successful 7-figure entrepreneurial ventures while being hired to teach on five continents. She is a co-founder of the Colorado chapter of Conscious Capitalism. Karen is equally at home exploring motorcycling, motherhood, management, or meditation ~ anything that brings her deeper into the experience of aliveness.

    SHOW NOTES

Are you getting things done, or are you staying busy? In this episode, I sit down with Karen Joy Fritz to talk about what she calls “purposetivity” and how to focus your energy on the things that actually matter to you. I loved her description of systems as riverbanks that help keep us in flow while still allowing room for change. We explore blending spirituality with the practical side of business, connecting with the soul of your business, and recognizing when you’re forcing something that doesn’t fit. I also share how I’m shifting my calendar to make more room for connection early in the week and creativity later, while reminding myself that I still get to choose. Of course, we get into the addiction to busyness and how procrastination, perfectionism, and people-pleasing can show up even when we have systems in place. What stood out to me was how much this comes back to knowing yourself and finding the things that support you instead of fight you.

    Some Highlights:

    • Break the addiction to busyness and focus on what actually matters to you.

    • Create systems that support your energy and keep you in flow.

    • Recognize how procrastination, perfectionism, and people-pleasing keep you stuck—even with a plan in place.

  • Episode 72: Finding Yourself Beneath the Chaos
    2026/10/02

This conversation felt like sitting down with someone who truly understands what it means to rebuild yourself after life turns everything upside down. Vicki and I talked about identity, grief, cancer, loss, and the moments that force us to stop asking, "What do I do?" and instead ask, "Who do I want to be?" We explored why so many women stay busy to avoid sitting with themselves, how discomfort often holds the answers we're searching for, and why learning to pause creates the space for real change. One of my favorite parts of our conversation was the reminder that we always have a choice in how we respond, even when life feels chaotic. If you've ever questioned your worth, felt disconnected from yourself, or believed you had to keep doing more to be enough, I think this conversation will remind you that you're not broken—you've simply forgotten who you are beneath everything life has placed on top of you.

GUEST BIO: Founder | Host of The Art of BEing Unstoppable | Creator of The Unstoppable Alignment Method™ For four decades, I’ve guided women through the quiet internal seasons where nothing feels clear. From cancer survival to identity collapses, my lived experience has taught me one singular truth: Women don't need to be fixed; they need to remember who they are beneath the chaos. I help women move from self-abandonment to self-alignment. My work goes beyond confidence—it’s about essence, safety, and the radical act of choosing your BEing with intention. Life is messy. It’s BEautiful. It’s time to BEcome

  • Episode 71: It's Never Too Late to Build the Life You Want
    2026/09/18

SHOW NOTES: This conversation is such a powerful reminder that it's never too late to create a life and business that truly fits who you are. Belinda shares her incredible journey of rebuilding after divorce, financial hardship, and starting over after 50, proving that our biggest challenges don't have to define our future. We talk about the personal growth that entrepreneurship requires, why so many women stay stuck in busyness instead of taking action, the importance of trusting yourself over outside opinions, and how keeping your word to yourself builds lasting self-trust. We also dive into letting go of the stories we tell ourselves about aging, success, and what's "too late," while exploring how our life experience is actually one of our greatest strengths. I especially loved our conversation about choosing action over reaction, gathering evidence that we'll be okay instead of spiraling into fear, and remembering that the only thing truly standing between where we are and where we want to be is often ourselves. If you've ever questioned whether you've missed your chance or wondered if there's still something bigger waiting for you, this episode will leave you feeling inspired to trust yourself, reclaim your personal power, and take the next step.

GUEST BIO: Belinda Sandor is the founder of The VA Connection and VA School, where she teaches women to build thriving Virtual Assistant businesses. She knows the path firsthand. Back in 2010 she started her own practice, RocketGirl Solutions, and over eleven years grew it past a million dollars in revenue and more than 20,000 billable hours. In 2021 she turned that experience toward teaching, and today she leads a community of over 63,000 members across 47 countries. She lives on a farm in rural Virginia, and she is here to talk about what it really takes to build a business on your own terms.

  • Episode 70: When Logic Isn't Enough: Learning to Trust Your Inner Wisdom
    2026/09/04

SHOW NOTES: What happens when someone who spent 15 years at the FBI discovers that logic alone isn't enough? In this episode, I sit down with Adam Dickinson to explore the intersection of logic and intuition, and why learning to trust ourselves may be the missing piece so many high achievers are searching for. We talk about the difference between overthinking and inner knowing, how our bodies are constantly giving us valuable information, and why so many analytical people struggle to hear it. I also share my own journey from corporate leadership into coaching, how I realized my intuition had been guiding me long before I knew what to call it, and why I believe our bodies often know the answer before our minds catch up. If you've ever found yourself stuck in analysis, questioning your next step, or feeling like something is off even though everything looks good on paper, this conversation will remind you that sometimes the most powerful data source isn't outside of you—it's already within you.

He’s currently focused on supporting U.S. federal workers who want to transition their careers into something that’s new and more aligned. While spending over 15 years solving problems through logic at the FBI, Adam experienced an internal shift that logic alone couldn’t solve. This led him to develop a method for integrating intuitive signals with rational analysis, giving people a grounded approach to clarity, decision-making, and expanded awareness. Today he teaches high achievers how to interpret their inner signals so they can make aligned choices in business and life.

    GUEST BIO:

Jen Patenaude is the founder of Jennifer Eve Wellness, helping busy entrepreneurs and executives perform their best by making sleep a top priority.

As a sleep and wellness coach, she knows how powerful quality rest can be in boosting focus, productivity and overall well-being. Her goal is to help high achievers unlock that potential.

Jen creates simple, effective sleep strategies that fit into even the busiest schedules, proving that quality rest isn’t just important—it’s essential.

Outside of coaching, Jen is a wife and mom of two phenomenal humans. She’s also a dog mom of two heart-stabbingly cute black labs. When she’s not geeking out over sleep science, she’s cuddling with her dogs, cheering on her kids, or getting lost in a good book.

SHOW NOTES: Sleep is one of those things we often push to the bottom of the priority list, but after this conversation, I hope you'll think about it differently. In this episode, I sit down with sleep and wellness coach Jen Patenaude to explore how quality sleep impacts everything from focus, decision-making, creativity, emotional regulation, and even long-term health. We talk about why so many high achievers wear exhaustion like a badge of honor, how simple habits like morning sunlight and consistent wake times can make a bigger difference than you might think, and why sleep isn't something we can force—it's something that happens when we create the right conditions. I also share my own journey with sleep apnea, menopause, and finally experiencing what it feels like to wake up truly rested. This conversation reminded me that taking care of ourselves isn't selfish or unproductive—it's one of the most important investments we can make in every area of our lives.

    SHOW NOTES

Melissa and I had such a refreshing conversation about what it really means to build a business through authentic relationships instead of transactions. We talked about why growth often requires us to step outside of what's comfortable, how our addiction to busyness can keep us from the very things we want most, and why genuine connection is more important now than ever. Melissa shared the story behind the Women's Business League, the power of asking for help, and why community isn't just nice to have—it's essential for both personal and professional growth. We also explored confidence, self-trust, mentoring the next generation of women leaders, and why the hard seasons of life don't have to harden us. This conversation is a reminder that success isn't built alone, and sometimes the bravest thing we can do is let ourselves be seen, supported, and willing to do the uncomfortable thing

GUEST BIO: Judy Giovangelo is an advanced grief recovery specialist, wellness educator, and the founder of Ben Speaks, a nonprofit supporting youth and families through whole-person healing. After losing her son Ben, Judy transformed her grief into a mission to help others navigate loss with compassion, movement, and meaningful connection. She believes healing happens when we feel seen, supported, and reminded that there is life after loss.

    SHOW NOTES:

This conversation with Judy had me reflecting on how deeply grief impacts every part of our lives and how often we’re expected to just “move on” without truly being given the space or tools to heal. We talked about the heartbreaking loss of her son Ben to suicide and how that experience led her to create a mission centered around helping others navigate grief, mental health, and healing through both holistic and clinical support. What stood out to me most was the reminder that grief isn’t only about death. It can come from divorce, identity shifts, lost dreams, relationships ending, or any life change that shakes us at our core. Judy shared powerful insights around unresolved grief, emotional suppression, nervous system regulation, energy healing, and why so many people stay stuck carrying emotional pain they were never taught how to process. We also explored the importance of allowing emotions to be seen instead of hidden, especially for men and boys who are often taught to suppress what they feel. This conversation is such a beautiful reminder that healing is possible, joy can exist alongside pain, and it’s okay to not be okay.
