    As we close Season 2, we reflect on where we started and where we are now. In season 1, we picked apart the surface of where our stressors come from. This season we dug a bit deeper to get to the roots of our stressors through reflective practices. As mentioned in previous episodes, coming full circle can refer to our karmic loop. However, through reflection and self discovery we can break the loop and integrate new pieces into our day to day, routine, schedule, month in all the hats we wear. In this episode we embark on a loop example that encompasses the journey we have taken so far within these past 2 seasons and how little integrations can bring change to how you feel and how you go about your day now compared to prior.
