  • Are You Giving Your Power Away Before 8AM?
    2025/09/16

If your morning starts with scrolling… and ends with overwhelm, this one’s for you.

In this episode, I’m sharing what I’ve been noticing in myself and in the collective: the emotional heaviness, the energetic fog, and the sneaky ways we unconsciously give our power away before the day even begins. I’ll walk you through why this happens, how it impacts your nervous system and intuition, and what I’ve been doing to shift it in my own life.

    Here’s what we’ll dive into:

    • Why emotional burnout is often a byproduct of unconscious media habits
    • How your phone might be rewiring your nervous system (without your consent)
    • The importance of choosing your energetic state on purpose
    • A simple, powerful morning practice I came back to (and why I stopped skipping it)
    • Why reclaiming your energy is essential

This is your gentle but firm reminder: you are not here to be the world’s chew toy. You’re here to rise- grounded, sovereign, and sparkly as hell.

📌 In this episode, I mention:

    • Heart coherence + nervous system regulation practices

    • My go-to morning journaling + gratitude ritual

    • How I recognize emotional addiction cycles when they sneak in

    • Why curating what I consume has changed how I show up

  • Manifestation Burnout - Why Affirmations May Not Be Working
    2025/09/09

Have you ever affirmed so hard you thought you might pop a blood vessel and still nothing moved in your life? Welcome to manifestation burnout. In this episode, I dig into why endless affirmations can leave you exhausted and discouraged, and what actually creates change.

Spoiler: White-knuckling your way through affirmations and "just affirming more/harder" isn't the way. It’s about aligning your state so your brain and body believe it’s already true. From that place, you stop fighting yourself and start magnetizing what’s meant for you.

What You’ll Learn in This Episode:

    • Why affirmations sometimes CAN work... but why they often don’t.

    • The conscious vs. unconscious mismatch that keeps you stuck.

    • How repetition helps the brain (and how it can backfire if you’re affirming from lack).

    • The role of your nervous system and why coherence matters more than hustle.

    • Practical ways to reset if you’re in manifestation burnout.

    • A quick practice to shift from forcing words to actually feeling the state you want to create.

One Sparkly Truth to Take With You:

The universe isn’t counting how many times you write it down. It’s responding to who you are when the pen hits the page.

  • When the Growth Gets Sneaky
    2025/09/02

Sometimes the biggest growth doesn’t come with fireworks — it comes quietly, in the form of nuance, micro-movements, and the kind of lessons that sneak up on you. In this episode, I share what it’s looked like to hit a new “baseline” in my growth, why this current season of my life feels like the hardest one yet (even though it’s also the most peaceful), and what it means when the transformation gets more precise, more subtle, and less externally visible.

This one’s for anyone who’s ever asked, “Wait…why does this feel so hard when everything is actually going so well?”

    • How healing mimics fitness gains
    • Why spiritual growth isn’t linear
    • What to do when the lessons get sneakier
    • How to trust your inner knowing — especially when it feels like you’re regressing

✨ Plus: The “arrival fallacy,” repeating lessons in new disguises, and how to remember what you know to be true.

  • If You Move, It Will Stay...
    2025/08/26

In today’s episode, I’m diving into a phrase I first learned through my Ashtanga yoga practice:

“If you move, it will stay. If you stay, it will move.”

At the time, it was about holding a pose. But the longer I sat with it, the more I realized… it’s about everything. Emotional pain. Physical discomfort. The hard seasons. The things we want to push away, numb, or escape.

So many of us have been taught to leap out of anything that feels uncomfortable. But what if the very thing we’re trying to avoid… is the thing that will finally move if we just stay with it?

This episode is an invitation to be with what is — not to suffer, but to witness. Not to push through, but to soften into presence.

I’ll walk you through how I practice this in real time — and how you can start to meet your life with a different kind of attention.

In this episode, I talk about:

    • Why presence isn’t just about being “in the moment” — it’s about relationship

    • How I use gratitude to anchor back into now

    • The real difference between numbing and healing

    • What I’ve learned from sitting with pain (both physical and emotional)

    • The subtle shift from resistance to allowing

    • A reframe that helps me meet discomfort without collapsing into it

Presence isn't only for the "good" stuff. It means choosing to stay — even when it would be easier to run.

  • Season 3 Kickoff: Clarity, Coherence, and Courage
    2025/08/19

After a "bridge" season and a much-needed pause, I’m back with clarity and a new direction. In this episode, I share why pulling back was the most courageous step, what I’ve been alchemizing in the messy middle, and what you can expect in Season 3 — deeper integration of spirituality and real life, more truth-telling, and of course…the courage to rise.

  • Trade in Your Black Belt
    2025/03/11

On this episode, we dive into one of the KEY elements required for your growth and evolution: self-compassion.

I used to have a black-belt in beating myself up. Shame, frustration, you name it.

Through my journey I learned that the careful application of self-compassion is one of the elements that can either accelerate (by its presence) or delay (by its absence) our journey of self-discovery (though I prefer self-remembrance)!

If you want to read more on relinquishing your own black belt, check out this article I wrote a few years back: Of Bears and Black Belts

  • Where Your Power Lies
    2025/03/04

In this episode, I discuss a dark moment I experienced in late 2024. I broke several of my own "personal rules" and momentarily forgot where my own power lived. Following my intuition brought me right-side up again, and led me to Nelson Mandela's autobiography

    • Why I'll never stop meditating again
    • Why "unprecedented times" (sadly) aren't
    • Two key quotes from Nelson Mandela's autobiography (purchase from your local independent bookseller!)
    • How we can continue to tap into our unlimited power within each of us to face anything that comes
    • Why our individual reclamation of power leads to a collective force for good

  • Your Relationship to REST: Breaking Down the "Idle Hands" Conditioning
    2025/02/25

What's your relationship with "rest"? I don't mean sleep...I mean: REST.

What's your relationship with the idea of NOT "being productive" everysingleminute?

I recently explored this in my women's coaching program, The Unf*ckwithable Woman, and it's such a important topic that I wanted to bring it to my listeners as well.

In this episode, we'll dive into:

    • Your current relationship with the concept of rest
    • Shame and guilt about resting/not being productive
    • Where this conditioning tends to originate
    • What's actually true about rest
    • How to shift your relationship with rest

I also share about my experiment with what I dubbed "radical rest" in January of this year.
