This week we have Michelle Shapiro on the podcast to talk all things mental and emotional health as it relates to gut health, blood sugar balance, hypothyroidism, and nuritional deficinies. Michelle is an integrative/ functional Registered Dietitian from NYC who has helped over 1000+ clients reverse their anxiety, resolve long standing gut issues and approach their weight lovingly. 

    She is the host of the Quiet the Diet Podcast and aims to illuminat e natural healing methods for listeners, as well as invite listeners to approach their weight in a body neutral way. She aims to bridge the gap between body positivity and intentional health changes. Michelle believes her clients can truly heal from anxiety and panic attacks using a bottom up approach (starting with the physical body and moving up to the emotional.)
