    Ann Hince is an inner explorer, author, public speaker, and spiritual teacher who has made incredible strides in both physical and emotional healing. Her journey includes releasing trauma through EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), which led to a physical transformation—including the shifting of her skull bones and a growth of ¾ of an inch. Through her book A Pathway to Insight: Re-capture your childhood buzz, Ann shares how deep inner work can lead to lasting peace, and she encourages others to begin their own journeys to healing.

    In this episode, I had the opportunity to speak with Ann about the powerful effects of letting go of negative energy through EFT, also known as tapping meditation.
