As we make our way to the woods, you'll be surrounded by the crunch of the newly fallen leaves and sticks breaking beneath our feet, complemented by a slight breeze and the rumble of distant aeroplanes coming in to land. Be calmed by the familiar noises of nature and energised by the bursts of sounds from the weir and wind.
