Wonderful insights into yoga
Amidst topics difficult for the modern day person to accept, this autobiography offers clear insights into how yoga may assist people on a daily basis.
The only minus that I discovered with this audio book is that the 10 last chapters aren't corresponding with their headings, making it difficult to listen again to these chapters.. Also, the last two chapters aren't written in the index, so you can't jump to them if you want to listen to them again.
