Thank you for showing up.

You and I and others that I introduce will go on a journey that will allow you to reconnect with yourself but also start you on your own journey of self-discovery and awareness.

This journey won't be easy as we will face inner and outer misconceptions, habits, and feelings as we step out of our comfort zone of life and start to learn about who we are and about the beautiful world we live in.

When you decide to make any changes in your life, initially it's difficult for you, as you are moving out of your comfort zone, which makes you feel, uneasy, you question every new thing you do and try pulling yourself back to the old you, the comfortable you.

But with each step you take, it starts getting easier for you but now it starts getting harder for the people around you, as they notice the change, some loved ones will embrace the change and will want to join you on your new journey, others will try and pull you back with words and actions that put a strain on your relationship.

You realize that's the time to cut ties as the load is weighing you down and you don't need that weight of the guilt of others slowing you down. 

That’s when you find yourself alone, you question your actions and your new goals of where you are heading but as you start to turn back a life marker pops up, just to remind you, you heading in the right direction to your new goals. It might be in the form of a positive message from someone you know or a total stranger, it might be a sign, advert, song that keeps on popping up that has a word or message that resonates with you or it could be one person that takes your hand and says I want to come with you.

Just remember you are never alone, there will always be someone or something to keep you company along the way.

If you’ve gone through the last two years trying to weather the storm and dance under the trees to avoid the rain I am sure you feel mentally and physically exhausted, wet and cold.

Maybe your storm is still overhead or maybe it's past and the clouds have broken, either way, it's time to find proper shelter, warm clothes, and food to eat to build up your physical and mental strength and then finally a good bed to sleep in to recharge your batteries.

So where are you on your journey, is there a mountain you wish to climb? I take those final steps up to the peak of the mountain, the view is not what I expected.

Instead of seeing the landscape below, I see a blanket of clouds coating the mountain tops, with the blue sky resting above.

It’s comforting in a strange way, to have the time on my own before the rest of the team reach the peak and join me.

So are you at that point where your business/career/life is being taken to the next level where you feel the exhilaration and the buzz but you feel the uneasy ground below you or the bitterly cold wind around you?

This is a shout out to all the business owners, entrepreneurs, and even managers and CEO’s that have reached the top of their game and find that it's not what they dreamed of, or maybe you are at a point where being at the top is not fulfilling anymore, it becomes a routine that doesn’t get you excited and make you jump out of bed.
