Hi, I’m Michelle, health and fitness coach by day, chauffeur and snack dealer to my three kids by night.

If you’re a woman over 35 wondering why your body suddenly feels different, you’re not alone.

Maybe you know how to lose weight, but nothing seems to work anymore. You “eat good” all day, then lose it at night. You crave sweets constantly, feel exhausted, gain weight around your midsection, and wonder why the same things that worked in your 20s and 30s suddenly stopped working.

You start over every Monday, live by food rules, and let the scale decide your mood. You avoid photos, wear the same “good enough” outfit, and feel frustrated because you’re trying so hard but still don’t feel at home in your body.

If that’s you, I see you.

You’re not lazy. You’re not broken. And you do not need another extreme diet.

You’re navigating real life, real stress, changing hormones, busy schedules, aging parents, growing kids, and a body that needs a different kind of support now.

I know what it’s like to chase “perfect” eating and still feel out of control around food. For years I thought healthy eating had to feel restrictive and miserable. But what finally changed things wasn’t more discipline. It was letting go of food guilt, building realistic habits, learning how to fuel my body, and realizing you can eat the salad and the whoopie pie and still be healthy.

Here you’ll learn how to:

✨lose weight during perimenopause without obsession

✨stop nighttime overeating

✨feel in control around sweets

✨build strength and support your metabolism as you age

✨create simple eating habits that work in real mom life

✨ditch all-or-nothing thinking for good

We’ll talk:

  • perimenopause weight gain
  • strength training for women 35+
  • emotional eating
  • food freedom
  • realistic nutrition
  • body confidence
  • healthy habits for busy moms
  • sustainable weight loss that actually lasts

Because this season of life isn’t about becoming smaller at all costs.

It’s about becoming stronger, healthier, more confident, and finally feeling peaceful around food and your body.

  • 48 | Giving Yourself Grace Doesn't Mean Ignoring What's Not Working In Your Weight Loss
    2026/08/20

What if giving yourself grace with weight loss doesn’t mean letting yourself off the hook?

In this episode, we’re talking about the balance so many women miss: how to stop beating yourself up over every imperfect choice without ignoring the habits that are keeping you stuck.

If you’ve struggled with all-or-nothing thinking, food guilt, nighttime eating, lack of consistency, or weight loss in perimenopause, this episode will help you look at your choices differently.

Because constantly criticizing yourself isn’t helping you change, but pretending everything is fine when you’re frustrated isn’t the answer either.

    There is a middle ground.

And learning how to correct yourself with grace may be one of the most important skills you can build for sustainable weight loss.

Listen to the end, because I’m also sharing an opportunity to put this into practice, especially if evening eating is the place you keep getting stuck.

  • 47 | If Your Diet Needs a Cheat Meal, Is It Really Working
    2026/08/17

    Is your diet really "working"?

In this episode, we’re talking about what it really means for a diet to work especially if you’re a woman in perimenopause who is tired of losing weight, regaining it, and starting over again.

If your plan is filled with food rules, restriction, “good” and “bad” foods, or days where you’re finally allowed to eat what you want, this episode will challenge you to ask a different question when it comes to weight loss.

Because the goal isn’t simply to find a diet you can tolerate long enough to lose the weight.

It’s to build a way of eating you don’t constantly need a break from.

If you’ve ever found yourself counting down the days until you can “cheat,” this episode may completely change the way you define a successful weight loss plan.

  • 46 | Stop Trying to Fix Your Whole Life to Lose Weight
    2026/08/13

What if the reason you still feel stuck with weight loss isn’t because you’re not doing enough, but because you’re trying to work on too much at once?

In this episode, I’m sharing something I recently realized while working on my own CrossFit skills and it completely changed the way I thought about progress.

If you’ve been trying to eat better, move more, strength train, get more sleep, drink more water, stop snacking at night, and somehow keep up with your actual life too, this episode is for you.

Especially if evening eating or nighttime snacking is one of those things you keep telling yourself you should just be able to “get under control.”

Sometimes making progress with weight loss in perimenopause has a lot less to do with trying harder, and a lot more to do with knowing where to put your attention.

And the thing you think is setting you back might actually be pointing you toward what you need to work on next.

Listen in, because this one may change the way you approach your weight loss goals altogether.
