In this video, I break down the full story of Video Power one of the most unique and forgotten gaming shows from the early 90s. A lot of people remember it as a game show where kids competed playing video games… but that’s not how it started. The show originally began as a cartoon-based format featuring Johnny Arcade and the Power Team, mixing animation with game tips and early gaming culture. But when that version didn’t hit the way producers expected, everything changed. I started watching South Park as a teenager in high school, and all these years later, I’m STILL watching. But the crazy part is that while Stan, Kyle, Cartman and Kenny barely aged, South Park itself completely evolved.
