  • Why We Remember the Villain More Than the Hero Episode 12
    2026/08/20

Heroes are the ones we're supposed to root for—but villains are often the ones we never forget. In this episode of Wair18 Talks About Everything, I break down why characters like Thanos, Freddy Krueger, Alonso Harris, Vincent from Collateral, and John Doe from Se7en are some of the most memorable characters in movie history. We'll look at what makes a great villain, why they often steal the spotlight from the hero, and how the best stories wouldn't be the same without them.

    2026/08/17

This YouTube video was awesome to talk about. This video was about the skit Men on Film from In Living color. the amazing comedy sketch show.

In Living Color pushed every boundary in the early 90s, and Men on Film was one of its boldest sketches. Played by Damon Wayans and David Alan Grier, Blaine and Antoine brought sharp humor, fearless commentary, and unforgettable catchphrases like “Two snaps up!” In this video, I break down how this sketch became a cultural moment, the controversy it stirred, and why it’s still one of the most talked-about comedy bits ever.

  • Calling Out Shouldn't Get You Fired Episode 11
    2026/08/13

Everyone gets sick. Emergencies happen. Cars break down. Kids get sick. So why are so many employees punished for missing work when life happens?

In this episode of wair18talks about everything, I break down workplace attendance point systems and explain why I think too many companies treat every absence the same. I'm not defending people who abuse the system—I believe employers should address habitual call-outs. But I also think good employees with legitimate reasons shouldn't have to worry about losing their job for taking care of themselves or their families.

We'll discuss why these policies exist, how they affect workplace culture, why they often encourage people to work while sick, and whether there's a better way to balance accountability with common sense.

Do you think attendance point systems are fair, or should companies handle legitimate absences differently? Let me know your thoughts in the comments.

  • Why Bullies Were So Over The Top Mean in 80's Movies
    2026/08/10

This YouTube episode talks about 80's bullies I thought it was very insightful.

If you grew up watching movies in the 80s, you already know this bullies back then weren’t just mean… they were straight-up villains. They weren’t written like normal kids. They were written like final bosses. From characters like Biff Tannen, Johnny Lawrence, Mick McAllister, and Henry Bowers, 80s movies took childhood fear and cranked it all the way up. These bullies humiliated, threatened, and terrorized their victims — often with no consequences until the very end.In this video, I break down:Why 80s bullies were written so extremeHow they represented fear instead of realismWhy humiliation was treated as entertainmentWhy movies today don’t portray bullies this way anymoreThis isn’t nostalgia blindness — it’s about how storytelling, audiences, and culture have changed. If you grew up with these movies, this will definitely hit.And if you didn’t… this might explain why those bullies feel unreal by today’s standards.👇 Drop a comment: who do you think was the meanest bully from an 80s movie?

  • Megamind — The Animated Movie That Flipped Heroes & Villains Forever
    2026/08/03

In this youtube video that i made a podcast I talk about one of my favorite animated movies Megamind.

When Megamind first came out, most people saw it as just another animated comedy. But rewatch it now and you’ll realize it’s way smarter, deeper, and more self-aware than it ever got credit for. This video breaks down Megamind as more than a parody. It’s a story about identity, purpose, and what happens after the villain finally wins. From Megamind being labeled the bad guy his entire life, to Metro Man’s fake-out, to Tighten proving that power without empathy creates the real villain, this movie flips the superhero formula on its head. Rewatching Megamind as an adult hits different. It’s funny, clever, and surprisingly emotional, which is why it’s become a low-key cult favorite. Is Megamind underrated or right where it belongs? Let me know in the comments.

  • Nobody Has To Work Now What? Episode 9
    2026/07/30

Imagine waking up tomorrow knowing you never have to work another day in your life. No bills. No rent. No mortgage. Everything is taken care of.

Sounds like a dream... but what happens next?

In this episode of Wair18Talks About Everything, I explore one of the biggest "what if" questions imaginable: What would happen if nobody had to work? Would people spend their time chasing their passions, creating art, and enjoying life? Or would society slowly fall apart without the people who keep the world running?

    I dive into questions like:

Would innovation continue without financial incentives?Would people still choose difficult jobs?Would society become happier or less motivated?Do humans actually need work, or do we simply need purpose?

This isn't about finding the "right" answer—it's about starting a conversation that makes you think. By the end of the episode, you may see work, success, and purpose in a completely different way.

Would you still work if you never had to worry about money again? Let me know your answer in the comments.

  • Why People Cheat in Video Games And Why Winning Matters So Much
    2026/07/26

In this video i talk about my love for winning in video games and how winning feels like its so important when playing online. I made this video a couple months ago on YouTube.

Have you ever noticed the random side door that sometimes appears in the Griffin house hallway? It shows up in certain Family Guy episodes, disappears in others, and the show never explains it. Fans caught this on rewatches because the house layout should be simple and consistent… but the hallway and extra door change depending on the scene. Is it just an animation inconsistency, or is the Griffin house secretly designed to shift for comedy and timing? Once you see it, you can’t unsee it.
