He dives into patient care, access to healthcare as a member of the LGBTQ community, complementary medicine and dealing with the adverse effects of chemotherapeutic agents. Multiple myeloma, also known as myeloma, is a type of bone marrow cancer. Bone marrow is the spongy tissue at the centre of some bones that produces the body's blood cells.     Hello people, 

    I have lately been striving to get better, more positive perspectives about life. Everyone at whatever point in their lives, has struggles. Without positive or alternative perspectives, life at best seems very difficult. I have lived with major depressive disorder and anxiety, with official diagnosis in 2021. I have learnt a lot despite the lows of life being the lowest as they can be, and highs being barely high ,and far in between. 

    But I am better now-for one I can actually talk about it. It is my hope, dear  listener, that no matter the age, the societal status or gender(add to the list whatever category, lol), you are able to talk about and explore mental health without fear of judgement or stigma. To a better future people.
