  • What if you're trying to manifest the wrong thing?
    2026/08/25

I've been trying to manifest a very specific house on a very specific road.

And I've been trying really hard.

The problem is, I'm starting to realise that maybe the universe hasn't been refusing to give me what I want. Maybe I've been so focused on the exact thing I've decided I want that I've missed the possibility that there's something better coming.

In this episode, I talk about what I'm learning about co-creating with the universe rather than trying to force an outcome, and the difference between knowing the essence of what you want and becoming attached to exactly how it has to arrive.

I also tell you the slightly bizarre story of how the universe may have helped me find a ring I'd lost for almost a year.

Whether you believe in manifestation, the Law of Attraction or simply the idea that sometimes we need to stop forcing things and allow ourselves to be open to other possibilities, this is a conversation about trusting the process, letting go of control and asking whether the thing we're chasing is actually the thing we want.

Because maybe you don't need to manifest the house.

Maybe you need to manifest how you want to feel in your home.

And maybe there's a difference between giving up on what you want and trusting that it can arrive in a way you haven't imagined yet.

  • When did we forget how to play?
    2026/08/17

I went swimming yesterday morning and, for about ten seconds, decided to stop treating exercise like another thing I needed to optimise and pretended I was Ariel instead. 😂 And weirdly, it changed my entire mood.

It got me thinking about happiness, manifestation and something I've been exploring a lot recently: perhaps the things we're chasing aren't really what we're chasing at all. During infertility and IVF, I thought a baby was the thing that would finally make me happy. Looking back, underneath that desire I was also desperately searching for relief, peace and the feeling that everything was going to be okay.

And I still do it now. The promotion, the house, getting my book published, even deciding whether a pedicure is a sufficiently productive use of my lunch break. There's always another milestone promising a feeling on the other side.

In this episode, I'm thinking out loud about personal growth, happiness, manifestation, productivity, infertility and learning how to find those feelings in the life I'm living now, even if sometimes that means being a nearly 40-year-old woman doing mermaid kicks in a swimming pool full of very serious adults.

Maybe the question isn't "What am I chasing?"

Maybe it's "What feeling am I actually looking for?"

And when was the last time you did something simply because it felt good?

The Winging It Life Podcast explores happiness, identity, mindset and the messy process of building a life that feels good while it's still unfolding. Because happiness shouldn't have to wait.

One other thing I'd keep an eye on: "When was the last time you played?" could become a really good recurring theme in the book too.

Because it's not just about play. It's about the difference between doing something because of where it gets you and doing something because of how it feels while you're doing it.

That distinction feels increasingly central to what you're trying to say.

  • The story you tell yourself, is your story
    2026/08/10

What if some of the things we believe about ourselves aren't facts, but stories we've been telling ourselves for so long that we've started to believe they're inevitable?

In this very spontaneous episode, recorded during the Lion's Gate Portal, I find myself thinking about limiting beliefs, manifestation, the Law of Attraction and the stories I've carried throughout my own life. I've always believed I'd need IVF, that I'd have to do things independently, and that I was destined to be wealthy. But how much of our reality is shaped by the beliefs we hold before we even make a decision?

I also get very honest about our decision not to move house, why I was more willing to take the financial risk, and how the story we tell ourselves can influence the paths we choose.

It's a bit of a ramble, but perhaps that's exactly what this podcast is supposed to be sometimes.

What story are you telling yourself about who you are, and what if you decided to rewrite it?

The Winging It Life Podcast explores manifestation, mindset, happiness, identity, personal growth and the messy process of building a life that feels good while it's still unfolding.

  • Are you ready for the Lion's Gate Portal 2026?
    2026/08/07

Lion's Gate Portal 2026: What is it, and how can you use it for reflection, manifestation and personal growth?

In this short episode, I explore the meaning behind the Lion's Gate Portal and why, whether you believe in astrology or not, it can be a powerful excuse to pause, reflect and reconnect with how you want to feel. We talk about manifestation, journalling, mindset, happiness and why perhaps we're all searching for a feeling rather than a milestone.

The Winging It Life Podcast explores happiness, identity, manifestation and the mindset shifts that help us build a life we love while it's still unfolding. Because happiness shouldn't have to wait.

  • Who am I when I have the thing I've been chasing?
    2026/08/04

For the last seven years, I always had a mission.

Trying to conceive. IVF. Pregnancy. Motherhood. Then doing it all over again.

Now, for the first time in a long time, that chapter is (mostly) over... and I've found myself asking a question I wasn't expecting: Who am I without the thing I've been chasing?

In this episode, I reflect on what happens when the goal you've spent years working towards is finally achieved, why I think I've confused momentum with fulfilment, and how my thinking has evolved since I first started this podcast four years ago.

This isn't an episode with a neat ending or five practical takeaways. It's more of a journal entry. A conversation about identity, ambition, and learning how to enjoy the chapter you're in while still dreaming about the next one.

If you've ever found yourself asking, "I'll be happy when...", I have a feeling this one might resonate.

  • What happens when you're not ready to be grateful?
    2026/07/28

In this episode I explore what happens when you've got all the tools in the toolkit, but something stops you from using them. I explore relationships that need healing in my life and why I might not be ready to face my role to play.

This is more of a freestyle episode, a live journaling if you like, where I work through some of the blockages in the hope I can make some waves into healing.

  • The Emotional Cost of Waiting
    2026/07/21

In this week's episode, I'm reflecting on something I don't think we talk about enough: the emotional cost of waiting.

For me, infertility didn't just take time. It took my confidence, my identity, my joy, and my ability to enjoy the life I was already living. I share how, over three years of trying to conceive, my world became smaller and smaller without me even realising it — from putting career moves, holidays, exercise, friendships and even parts of myself on hold.

This isn't really an episode about fertility. It's about what happens when we postpone our happiness until a future outcome arrives, and the moment I realised I couldn't keep living that way anymore.

If you've ever found yourself saying, "I'll be happy when...", this episode is for you. ✨

  • What if the thing you want is getting in the way of the thing you need?
    2026/07/14

Have you ever stopped to wonder whether the thing you're chasing is actually the feeling you believe it will give you?

After seeing Gabby Bernstein speak, I found myself reflecting on one sentence that completely stopped me in my tracks: "The thing you want is getting in the way of the thing you need."

In this episode, I explore why I don't think we're really searching for the promotion, the baby, the house or the book deal. I think we're searching for what we believe those things will make us feel: relief, peace, happiness and freedom.

I share how this idea fits with my own journey through infertility, burnout and manifestation, why I believe healing starts with a willingness to feel differently, and how we can begin creating the feelings we're longing for before life looks exactly how we imagined.

Because perhaps the real magic isn't getting the thing you want. Perhaps it's learning how to feel good while your life is still unfolding.
